When I purchased the car there at East Tennessee Dodge, it was Thomas Payne who sold me the car. He was extra-ordinary and very impressive in the entire process and that same 'excellent' service has continued as I have brought the car in for servicing. The most recent date of service being 3/14/14. That appointment at 1 pm was met with a very kind, courteous, welcoming smile and a professional team of service personnel that couldn't have been more prompt, on time, efficient, and friendly too. In a word; ""Variety is the spice of life, but East Tennessee Dodge is the Hot Sauce!"". Special thanks to Jon Buckner and East Tennessee Dodge for everything! \r
