Experience was great. Low pressure and sales people are relatable and good natured. They helped to put nervousness of buying new vehicle at a minimum. I would recommend east tennessee dodge to to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. more

We noticed the Jeeps on the side of the road and we were greeted by Kiley Kausner. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We felt very comfortable with his approach and when we needed to know more specifics on the Jeep, Kiley introduced us to the local Jeep expert, Andy Pugh. Overall it was a very easy experience and we look forward to many years of good service. more

i have never come up here that i wasnt treated with respect. and have always been able to test drive and car or truck i wanted and have never been pressure in to buying. and after the sale i dont have to worry about service they have always been there for all my needs. i come here because of all that but most of all i fill like i am family when i come here ps i always get what i want here. more
