East Hill Heating and Cooling did an excellent job. They called me back promptly, came out, moved everything around, and accommodated me. They did a good job, and I absolutely recommend them. The key point here is that they called back promptly, because I called three different places, and East Hill was the first to call back. I appreciate that they were accommodating with me about coming out early. That was huge. And they fixed my furnace without trying to get me to buy a new one. It's an old furnace, but it still works. That's huge for me. I will definitely call them if I need a new furnace in the future. more

East Hill Heating and Cooling was great to work with. Truly, it felt like they really gave a darn about me. It was such a good experience. I needed to have my furnace fixed. I called them up on a Sunday, and they answered. They were able to come out that same day to fix it. The cost I was quoted came close to the one in my mind, and was actually less, so I didn't even bother looking around for another company. Christy was great to talk to. She was quick, thorough and professional. Doug arrived on time and worked quickly. I feel like the price was very reasonable for the work and service they provided. They gave me only what I needed and that's exactly what I paid for, no more, no less. I really appreciated not being up-sold by them either. I'll definitely use them again for future jobs. East Hill Heating and Cooling is always a 5 when it comes to service. They've done several jobs for me, and they always come out fast! I think they're reasonable when it comes to price. They're not the cheapest person in town, but I believe they're very reasonable, and their work is always excellent! I have no hesitation in recommending them. First of all, I've had them over a period of time. I've had them do different kinds of jobs, and I think they mostly specialize in refrigeration and heating and stuff like that, but a couple of times I've had them out for some unusual emergencies. Let's say a year ago, I had a problem with the cooling component of an old system. The component was dripping, and they came out, took the thing apart, and just repaired it instead of having the thing replaced because it is an old system. I was really grateful for that. Recently, it was another thing to do with the cooling and heating system. They did tell me this time that it might be on it's last leg, and it was good to get that advance warning, even though it is still working great! They were very trustworthy, and I don't know anybody else I could give a better review of. I'm not related to them in any way, so believe me when I say that I would be more than happy to recommend them, given my experiences with them. We have used East Hill Heating and Cooling for 20 plus years. I have recommended them to all the neighbors, and they have also used them. Most recently we were having difficulty with our furnace, and we called East Hill. The next day they came out, cleaned and repaired it. Now it works great.
