East Hill Heating and Cooling was great to work with. Truly, it felt like they really gave a darn about me. It was such a good experience. I needed to have my furnace fixed. I called them up on a Sunday, and they answered. They were able to come out that same day to fix it. The cost I was quoted came close to the one in my mind, and was actually less, so I didn't even bother looking around for another company.
Christy was great to talk to. She was quick, thorough and professional. Doug arrived on time and worked quickly. I feel like the price was very reasonable for the work and service they provided. They gave me only what I needed and that's exactly what I paid for, no more, no less. I really appreciated not being up-sold by them either. I'll definitely use them again for future jobs. This is a really great company, with really good, down-to-earth people.
