I had a good experience with East Hills Heating and Cooling. They came in and changed the water heater in my home. Haven't had any problems with it since then. I would use East Hills Heating and Cooling again, and I would recommend them to others. more

East Hill Heating and Cooling has worked on our furnace a couple of times. One time, the technician admitted that he had shorted out the thermostat, so he provided us with a brand new thermostat. When it came time to replace a furnace, we talked through what the options were with the owner. We discussed the reasons that he chose his own personal furnace, and it mirrored what our needs were. We will continue to use this company. Even one of his competitors told us that we had picked a good company. more

They were great. East Hill Heating and Cooling showed up on time, they were very easy to get to come out and service my air and heating unit. The guys who came out were very knowledgeable and professional. They actually were quicker than I expected too. Since they have been out I haven't had any issues with either unit. I've been using East Hill Heating and Cooling for a few years. I use them for both my personal home and for my business which is a preschool. For my home and business I've had furnace repairs and installs. Once Doug came out on a Sunday to access the situation and worked on the furnace so the preschoolers can have some heat the next day. Doug, is great and a professional. Christy is also terrific; she answers the phones professionally and is always on top of the scheduling. Prices are fair for the customers. I'm always pleased with their service and I would also recommend them. more

The gentleman that came from East Hill Heating and Cooling was a little bit late due to traffic, but he called ahead of time which I really appreciated. Every time that he came in he would put booties on over his shoes which was a major plus as he did not track dirt all over my home. While installing the system he gave me a heads up that my water tank was at risk which I really appreciated. He just did everything right and it made the whole experience very pleasant. more

We did a thorough research of many possible companies, and got estimates from several for the replacement of our heat pump. After gathering all the information, we felt most comfortable with Doug's knowledge, experience, and assessment of the situation. He was very patient with all of our questions and hIs pricing for the work was very reasonable. I love these people! I needed them a couple of months ago to get my furnace running again. They completely accommodated my schedule and have never overcharged me. Today I woke up to water all over my floor and a leaking pressure relief tank on my hot water heater. Doug was busy installing a furnace in Auburn but he and his wife, Christy, kept in contact with me through the day so I knew when he would be coming out to my house. As soon as he was finished with the other job, he searched for a new pressure relief tank and came over to complete my repairs. He quickly made the repair and was on his way to the next lucky customer. I am very impressed with them and highly recommend them. more

None of the bs of other places..he charges so much an hour and they say he can usually fix what is wrong. We had already had trouble with another company, so this regular guy comes..knows his stuff, does his stuff and leave you with a bill that you feel is decent and right for what he has done. I am thankful to of found this place, I will only use this place from today on, and will tell anyone who asks how pleased and much I recommend this business. more

I couldn't have been happier with East Hill Heating and Cooling. I was just impressed with Doug's no nonsense approach to things. You could just tell from his explanations that the man knows what he's doing. Whenever he was working on something, if he saw something else while we were talking, he would grab a tool and fix whatever it was. He's really detail-minded and does things right, but not just makeshift right. He definitely does things the right way. Again, Doug is just no nonsense person. When he got here, he started working, and he would only stop at noon for a quick lunch. He ate the lunch here, he didn't go home, and he brought his own lunch. Then, it was back to a full day of work with him here the whole time. He checked and double checked his installation. When I called Doug, he came over that afternoon, which I also appreciated. I wanted a quiet, energy efficient furnace, and he gave me two to choose from and the cost difference. I also wanted to change out my water heater for a more efficient, tankless one because I had one in my home before. He just pointed out to me that was nonsense because the one I had was less than three years old and still had a lot of life in it. It just wouldn't have been cost efficient to invest in a new one, and I appreciated that he told me instead of trying to sell me a tankless. I consider him an expert. He has 32 years of experience, and it is very evident in the way he works. more

I have use East Hill Heating and Cooling for 18 years. We've had a new furnace and air conditioner installed through them. Since then they've just been doing periodic maintenance on both systems. In the time that we've been using them, Doug has been more than a repair man, he has been a friend. He's someone I send to my mother, who lives by herself. He's good with my dogs. He's professional but also frinedly. There was a time in January when we had a big storm and our furnace went out so I called him and, late as it was, he came out to get it back up. He just goes out of his way to provide that good customer service that goes above and beyond. He's someone you can trust and who is just awesome. more

These guys are nice one the phone and get back to you right away. Doug was knowledgable and worked hard for me several times to solve a problem for another company who did work under the house but couldn't do electrical. He was honest, caring, treated me (a widow)like I had brains and cleaned after himself. 5 stars for every part of the relationship with the company. more
