After going to a regular machine operated abortion clinic, this place by far beats EVER going back. The people are AMAZING. I have never felt more comfortable at a doctor's office in my life. My husband was allowed to stay with me the entire time, which was extremely comforting. The procedure was just as they described. Cramping, a little when it was over, and than back to my normal self. I would highly recommend coming here over ANYWHERE else. Again, after experiencing an assembly-line abortion clinic, it is hard to imagine how anybody would choose that over this. Everybody was comforting, warm, friendly, and non-judgmental. Thank you, for being so kind in such a sensitive time in my life!! more

Being terrified of doctors, I was very nervous about my choice to have an abortion. I decided on the aspiration procedure, because it would be quick and require no follow up. Everyone in the office was completely understanding about my fears. Although th procedure was over quickly, I definitely would not call it painless. I normally get terrible menstrual cramps, and I would not compare it to that at all. Having said that, it appears that I must be a minority, because most of the other reviewers hardly felt anything at all. Perhaps the anesthetic didn't take?The entire staff was kind beyond words, and I would and will recommend this place to anyone in this situation.I am so grateful that there are people and places like this that exist in a world where that is often so lacking. This was the best. In my culture I have to see a woman doctor. I went to Dr. Emily but the doctor was a MAN! Then they sent me here. \r I just got married. I never had an exam before. I was certain with my husband about my decision to wait before having a baby. But I was pretty scared. My hasband could be with me the whole time. Everyone was really wonderful. The staff was professional and gave me a lot of information that I wanted. The doctor was very gentle. And the aspiration procedure was really ok even though I never even had a pap test before!\r Don't worry if you have to have an abortion. This place is so terrific. more

I have recommend this place to many friends who have had an extremely positive experience and recently had to come here myself. We only wish that more women knew about this place since the alternatives in women's healthcare are so barabaric in comparison. Clean, comfortable environment, friendly and well-trained staff of professionals, personalized 5 star service, in and out. I felt so at ease coming in and felt 100 times better after leaving. Though this decision was very difficult for me, once made I knew the location of choice would also greatly effect my physical and emotional stability. The staff is not only intelligent, caring, supportive, and incredibly comforting but the procedure itself was much easier to endure than I ever thought it would be. Sure it is more expensive then other places; but the service is so much better. Emotionally and physically they are prepared to work with you. The enviroment was nice and relaxing, it makes you calmer. The girls and the Doctor are very informative and caring; they are really here to suit your needs. more

I would highly recomend this place to anybody who has this tough desicion to make. To be honest it was so quick and painless and the doctor was amazing. The staff was so kind and sincere and the environment was clean and comfortable. I went by myself and felt so comfortable, the wait was not long and I knew nothing about this procedure and when I got to the office and the doctor explained to me how it would be, it was 100 percent painless and everything she said was true . It honeslty took 5 minutes and went right back to work without any pain. It was a hard desicion but I would highly recomend any women to go to this office and the best part about the office, it is all female. more

Coming to the desicision to terminate my pregnancy was a tough one, especially being that I only had one abortion 10 years ago & it was the worse experience of my life. I heard about early options from my best friend who went to the Brooklyn office. I have to say the experience was so warm & comforting. In a regular office you feel like just a number, like no one cares or is there to comfort you before or after. The service at early options was excellent. Just walking into the office and smelling the sweet scents was calming to my soul. It wasn't crowded and very clean. The staff was very warm & attentive to my needs & also very open with their own experinces, which made me feel more at ease. God forbid I ever have to make a desicion to terminate again, early options would be the place to go. Abortions alone are so traumatizing & sticks with you for the rest of your life but here I felt like it was a regular gyn appointment. Choosing to end my pregnancy was a difficult and emotional choice for my boyfriend and I. We found ourselves feeling torn and facing a whole host of emotional reactions and mixed feelings. When we finally came to our tough decision I was terrified of what the procedure might do to me physically and not to mention the after effects emotionally. I am so glad that we chose to go to Early Options. We were only there for about 1.5 hours and they were very caring, understanding, sympathetic, professional and informative and they don't make you feel judged. I was so nervous but all my questions were thoroughly answered before and after the aspiration procedure and I felt I was in good hands with the experienced/expert doctor and nurse who were both very supportive, understanding, kind and patient throughout the whole procedure. I am very grateful to them. I was in private and comfortable surroundings and most importantly to me, my boyfriend was allowed to stay by my side and hold my hand the whole entire time. Early Options is an excellent place to turn to if you are faced with the difficult choice of ending a pregnancy. If u fear hospitals and doctors like me this is the total opposite they have soothing music keeps u from being nervous. the only thing missing is aromatherapy candles other than that its very relaxing if u have any doubts u can clear up your mind once u are here! This is a truly excellent place, with beautiful and quiet surroundings, caring and friendly staff, a relaxing vibe and great medical care. Having had awful experiences with New York clinics, this was a totally dfifferent place. They provided excellent support for me and my partner, made me feel comfortable and held my hand throughout the relatively quick procedure. I would highly recommened it for all women who are looking for early options. more

I just had the asspiriation method and would highly recommend it over the other options. The staff here were very helpful, attentive, freindly and answered all questions. Early Options was able to give me an appointment much sooner than Planned Parenthood and without a preliminary counseling appointment. The atmosphere was very relaxing and reassuring, the procedure felt similar to a pap smear, and best of all I was able to have my partner holding my hand the whole time. Definitely recomendable. more

The Aspiration procedure was efficient and quick. The pain is definitely tolerable ( like a normal cramping while you have your period). i was six weeks pregnant and seeing the sack after the procedure was done really helped me get disclosure. more

This is the most pleasant experience. This is a hard enough decision to make and when you enter this facility it is extremely welcoming. The staff is wonderful. They are pleasant and make you feel extremely comfortable. I cannot believe there is a place like this which is the furthest thing away from a clinic. It is as if you are going to see your gynecologist. I choose to do the aspiration procedure which took all of 3 minutes with minimal cramping. more

This place exceeded my expectation as to what i thought this procedure would be like. The staff in this place gets number one spot compared to other clinics i've visited. The staff is so comforting and they make this procedure feel like a normal check up to a doctor. the aspiration method is nothing compared to the surgical method. You feel no extreme pain during the procedure, it's more like pressure. It is done within less than 5 minutes which is what amazed me more.
