I live about 50 miles away from Eagle Ridge but someone recommended them to me and they did not disappoint. They performed the service required and I was pleased with the outcome. more

Deep selection of blinds. Helpful salespeople. Good installation. 1/9/2014

I liked my experience with Eagle Ridge Floors to Go. I went to their showroom to make my selection of blinds. The lady was very helpful as she showed me the many options to choose from. The installer who came to install the blinds in my living room was good. I felt like he handled everything very well. I would recommend them. more

We continue to use Eagle Ridge Floors To Go because they have good pricing. They recently installed all new flooring for us. They did a great job, and they did the work in a timely manner. If you're thinking about using them, I would say you should do it! more

Very nice, great service 1/6/2014

I called up Eagle Ridge and Floors To Go to see what they had in stock, so they told me to come on down. I ended up buying some vertical blinds and they ended up being of fair quality. Overall I would say that their service was great. more

Eagle Ridge Floors To Go put down a new laminate floor. They also did some tile work in the kitchen area. Things didn't go as well as they could have, but the employees did do the best they could. more

It was nice working with Eagle Ridge Floors To Go because I had a few things that needed to be taken care of, and they were able to take care of it all. One project was a non-hardwood floor (I can't remember if it was vinyl or laminate), and the other was carpeting. They installed those and also helped me clean carpets, because I was recovering from a flood. more

Excellent service. 12/26/2013

I'm taking care of my mother's house, so I had the window coverings replaced with blinds. The help I had in picking them out was excellent, the installtion was perfect and I'm very happy with them. Later on, I had part of the carpet removed and some vinyl flooring put in. That turned out very well too. The input upfront on what product to choose and how the process would be was spot on. The actual install was a good job too. No complaints. more

I have a daycare in my home and let me tell you what with 16 kids running around every day my carpet was very dirty! Yesterday I had my front room and stairs cleaned and they look amazing! Thank you! more

We had a very tight timeline and they were very accommodating. We did have a few issues on getting it installed, but they worked through it and managed to get it done on time. The finished product is great. more

Quality service with a smile. 4/19/2013

The guy from Eagle Ridge Floors To Go was really nice. He came in and did a really good job. He asked my opinion on what I'd like and asked what he could do for me. He was pretty friendly. They went ahead and had the installer come in the next weekend. I work night shifts and he was very considerate and tried to be as quiet as possible. I liked that. more

I went in to Eagle Ridge Floors To Go to shop around. I found the right carpet to match the room addition we were doing. They showed up 2 days earlier than the original install was scheduled. Everything was great and I have no complaints. I don't like being put out on a limb. We went in and discussed what we wanted. He had what we wanted and we had a time set up to take care of it. Things didn't go as we planned after that. They called us and couldn't get a hold of us so they left a message, then they called the homeowner of the rental where the work was going to be done and asked to come right away. They asked for money up front and had us put everything on hold so we could do it then. I went in and talked to the owner and tell him what had happened, and he just said that's not usually how they do business. It was how they do business in my case though. more

Good, experienced workers and no problems. 4/16/2013

This was my first time using Eagle Ridge Floors to Go and they did a wonderful job. I had vinyl flooring and carpets put in three rooms. The two workers who came to install were great, very knowledgeable and nice. It didn't feel like having intruders in my home at all. I felt comfortable with them, like they were part of the family. Excellent work, enjoyable experience. 4/15/2013

Eagle Ridge Floors to Go installed carpets in my front room and down stairs. The man who came was very good, kind and timely. I was a bit leery about the whole process because I had never had carpet put in before, but the installer did an excellent job. I wasn't stressful at all, he came, talked to us, and I showed him where I wanted the carpet. When he came to deliver the carpet he rolled it out in my driveway to show me. At first I thought it was the wrong one, but he was very nice and explained that it looks lighter in the sunlight. When he put in my carpet it looked darker and he did a good job matching the carpet edge to a section of tile flooring. It was an enjoyable experience. more
