I don't like being put out on a limb. We went in and discussed what we wanted. He had what we wanted and we had a time set up to take care of it. Things didn't go as we planned after that. They called us and couldn't get a hold of us so they left a message, then they called the homeowner of the rental where the work was going to be done and asked to come right away. They asked for money up front and had us put everything on hold so we could do it then. I went in and talked to the owner and tell him what had happened, and he just said that's not usually how they do business. It was how they do business in my case though.
