Businiess name:  Eagle Pest Eliminators

Review content:
my apartment landlord contacted Eagle Pest Eliminators after I started getting bedbug bites; an adult female bedbug lays eggs exceptionally quickly and so a few bedbugs can become an infestation within a matter of weeks or even days. Because the exterminators couldn't come until a week after the order was placed, I took preventative measures on my own. Another week later (it's now been over two weeks, who knows how many bedbugs there are now that I haven't been able to vacuum up or kill!) and they have claimed the appointment due today was for tomorrow instead. I can understand how scheduling mistakes can occur, but I can't understand their laconic, don't-really-seem-to-care attitude, knowing how bad bedbugs can get! What could have been a few could already be many bugs now. I'm disappointed so far with their promptness and attention to detail. (They came by for a german cockroach infestation about three months ago, and we're still seeing them around in places I think they missed) (This is keeping in mind that my roommates and I are fairly neat, clean people)
