I am very pleased with the quality of service I received from Everdry Waterproofing. I initially used their services about seven years ago when I had water leaking in from the foundation of my house. They had to complete both an outside dig of about six feet down, and an inside dig of about the same (maybe a little less deep). The job was completed in only a few days. The crew members were friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. After the work was completed all of the interior mess was cleaned up and the exterior trench was refilled without harming any of the bushes and plants near the foundation of my house (I was more than pleasantly surprised with that!). Since that time they have contacted me at least once a year to make sure all is well--which it is. I highly recommend them to anyone who has basement water problems. more

My wife and I couldn't be happier after choosing Everdry Waterproofing to repair our basement after a large flood 6+ years ago. We haven't had a drop of water since then. Every member of the company has been polite and efficient. The work performed was outstanding and done with pride. One of the crew members even dug out a part of our foundation with his own KITCHEN SPOON because it was the only tool he had that would fit the job! Everdry is a great company and we recommend them to anyone that has water problems! more

The Everdry waterproofing system has kept our home dry for over eleven years. \r The house is a bi-level positioned below street level, as such it sits in a ""basin"" so to speak. Prior to having the Everdry system installed we dreaded even a light rain fall as the family room would incurr seepage.... a thunderstorm produced substantial trickles of water coming in through the floor cracks. Only a few minor dampness issues in the last eleven years, but the Everydry warranty plan has always taken care of these little issues with courteous quality service! Great company to do business with. more

Each Everdry employee I have dealt with has been pleasant and polite. They arrived on time, did the job efficiently and well. We have not had any problems (10+ years). When we needed service they were prompt. It is expensive but it took care of our mold problem. more

\r \r I called Everdry Waterproofing after our basement flooded several years ago.. They came out and gave us an estimate They did the job well and put in a larger sump pump due to the fact that we are near a river. and prone to flooding due to the low water table. There was some dust due to the job that entered our first floor. Everdry Waterproofing came back after we complained of the dust and cleaned it up to our satisfaction. Last year we noticed some new cracks in our basement and called Everdry Waterproofing. They quickly came and sealed the cracks. I would recommend Everdry Waterproofing for any basement waterproofing jobs.\r \r \r \r \r more

We have had Everdry protection for about 20 years. The installation was efficiently done. They turned our basement into usable space. We live in a rural area in Highland County(OH) and are some distance from Everdry. We have\r had need of service one time . They come to the house promptly and in a short time the problem was fixed. Our experience is that many companies charge a fee to come this far; Everdry did not. We continue to be pleased and very satisfied with the product and the people. more

We live on a corned lot that is the lowest on the block. When it rains all of the water runs around the house. What does leak in gets taken care by the service that you provided. We have lived here for 15 years and have never had water in our basement!! Thanks so much! more

Gene G. I had Everdry do a major basement repair over ten years ago. Since then, they have replaced two sump pumps and completed a minor repair. All was covered under warranty and was hassle free and quickly attended to. Costly renovation but worth it in the long run. more

We knew we had a leak in the front of the basement wall - a stream like leak. We called and had inspections from 4 different companies - 3 of them proposed 3 different solutions and only for the basement wall. Everdry inspected the whole basement and carefully made us look at the extent of the problem of our basement which we had not noticed. They explained the nature of our problems and what would likely occur if we didn't take action. It was a shock in every way, but we accepted the circumstances and scheduled the work. They were booked ahead considerably but when our week came, the crew was impressive in their attitude, care and professionalism. The team leader was a graduate of Notre Dame with hydrostatic engineering training and managed the implementation of the plan very well. It has been a delight to have a dry basement and to know the sump pump and air management systems are there to keep things in their corrected state. The investment was large for stabilizing our home investment and our peace of mind. more

We used Everdry in 2002 to waterproof our basement, which had water in it for years, ugh. Since 2002, we have had to replace a part of the pump twice, which Everdry did very quickly and pleasantly. The basement is still dry and looks great too! I know I can call this company with any needs and they have always been professional, courteous, and quick to solve any needs I may have. They are recommended completely. Plus, I live 1.5 hrs away from Everdry's home base and that is never a concern for them. \r I am happy with this company and so is my basement. Over the past twenty years, we have had water in our finished basemnt 3 times. Each time we spent a lot of effort, money, and frustration to repair the damage and replace our items. Every time it rained heavily we would wake up and run to the basement to check for water. We finally decided to take action and after doing our homework, contacted four basement waterproofing contractors for advice and estimates. We chose Everdry, not because they were the cheapest, but because of their reputation, warranty, and the professional confidence we felt they provided. This was almost three years ago (January 2010). Their crew of young men came in and worked their butts off. They did their best to keep the rest of our house and furnishings clean while they did their thing in the basement and outside around the foundation. Our bushes and shrubs were replanted. Bottom line: best decision we ever made. We now have peace of mind when it rains; especially when we are out of town. more

We bought our home in 2010 and 2 weeks after we moved in we had 2 inches of water in our basement. It was horrible. We wanted to take care of our home so we wanted it fixed right. We had a lot of acquantences that used Everdry and completely satisfied with them. We had it fixed by Everdry, paid a little more but have not had a drop since. If you want your water problems fixed right call Everdry. more

We had a lot of problems with our 5/24/2012

We had a lot of problems with our basement leaking. We bought the Everdry system. We paid a little more but you get what you pay for. 10 yrs later, we are pleased with it. It is hassle free and there has been zero water into the basement. I would recommend Everdry Waterproofing for anyone with any basement issues. more
