My Dad added an extension to his ranch home that included a finished basement area. During the basement construction, they hit an under ground spring. The sump pump ran excessively and he went through a couple of sump pumps per year. After watching an episode of This Old House which featured Everdry Waterproofing, he gave them a call. Because of the amount of pumps he went through we were skeptical of the life time warranty from Everdry, but we got it in writing and let them do their thing. That was nearly 4 years ago and we haven't replaced a single pump. We did have a battery go bad, and called Everdry and they were out to replace it the same day, and installed a new battery charger, no cost. everdry was the best thing we ever did. we had water in our basement almost every time it rained. now we have a family room in the basement that can be used. it only took them a day to waterproof the basement both inside and out. we had this done about five years ago and we only have had one service call, and that was for the EZBreathe. it was making a lot of noise and we called and they came right away and replaced it .. more

Everdry came to our home the other day to take a look at our pump and find out why it was no longer draining right. They were here quick when i called and they were able to fix the problem with the pump the same day!!!! This was amazing and we no longer have to worry about our basement flooding from the pump not working. I am very happy with the service we got and have been customers with everdry for years. I would absolutely recommend everdry to anyone that I know. more

We are extremely happy that we chose to have EVERDRY waterproof our basement. We live in a home that has a small creek in the backyard and although that hasn't always been the cause of our water problems, it is a concern. We were cleaning up our wet basement an average of twice a year and more during spring when there were heavy rains. Since waterproofing, we have had NO water in the basement! We were thrilled with every interaction we had with EVERDRY employees from the sales representative who presented the product, to the workers who worked so hard at installing. more

After several attempts to ""patch"" our basement walls and multiple times of pulling up wet carpet, we decided to call Everdry. I was leary at first that their system would completely prevent water from coming into our basement, but I was wrong. They installed their system in January 2011. We got a full test that year as 2011 was the wettest year on record in the city of Cincinnati. Gues what? Not one drop of water entered our basement. I couldn't believe it. Their process was very simple as well. They were in and out within 3 days. The job foreman updated me everyday as to how the process was going and what they accomplished. After they were finished, they cleaned EVERYTHING up! After seeing the proof that no more water was coming in our basement, we were able to add a full bathroom and finish our basement without worry. I recommend Everdry to anyone who asks. more

Everdry did what another company couldn't do. They were able to waterproof my basement and make it useable! When I purchased the home a few years ago there was consistently 1 to 2 inches of water sitting in the middle of the basement. Even after someone else ""fixed"" the problem I still had water sitting. The footers were washing away, part of the front wall was sliding in and there were signs of mold. When staff arrived to do the work, they were kind and curteous and did everything possible to keep the mess contained. Since Everdry worked their magic two years ago I've not seen one drop of water, the fixed wall is standing strong, the basement has dried out and any sign of mold is gone. I was even able to add equity to my home by adding two bedrooms and a full bathroom because of a job well done! more

Everdry is most professional and their personnel most courteous in solving our water issue. They arrived when scheduled , explained the process in detail and kept us informed during the entire process. this did not solve our problem initially but they immediately responded back and corrected an additional problem that arose with no qualms whatsoever. Their personnel explained the entire process to us in detail and when they were finished with job you did not even know they were there that is how well they cleaned up what they did. We are most happy with their product and would recommend their services to anyone with a water issue. more

I hired Everdry Waterproofing to add waterproofing to my home about 10 years ago. I now enjoy a very dry basement room that was dry walled and carpeted. I have had no problems since then. Everyone who worked on the project was very capable and I appreciate their help so much. more

Four years ago we contacted Everdry due to an extensive water problem with the foundation on our house. We were able to immediately schedule an appointment with their inspector. He identified the problem and we scheduled an appointment to have the work done. Their crew was on time and were very knowledgeable and professional. Several days later the work was completed and the site was left as clean as it was prior to their arrival. We have had no more water leaking into the basement. One problem occurred when the battery backup on the sump pump lost it's charge and they came out and fixed it under warranty immediately. more

When I bought my house in 2009 my house had already been repaired by Everdry over 10 years before that. And in the last 4 years we have seen some significant rain and drought (which can make foundation cracks even more) and I will have to say that I am extremely impressed with how well the Everdry system has held up. I have not had one issue with water or even moisture effecting my basement and like I said this system has been in place for at least 14 years. Now we all know that the science and materials have only become more advanced over the last 14 years. So I'm sure that whatever they are doing now is even better than what they did in my basement all those years ago. They take good care of their customers as well. They contact you yearly in some form or fashion. They offer warranty extensions yearly for a very reasonable fee and with that warranty they even offered to come look at my system, for free, should I ever have any concerns or questions during my next remodel/updating of the basement. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

We had our basement done several years ago and were very pleased with the results. Their workers were courteous and respectful of our home. The work was done in a timely manner. They did a very good job with the clean up. The basement floor warmed up after getting the water out from under it. We have had no problems I would highly recommend their service. more
