My Dad added an extension to his ranch home that included a finished basement area. During the basement construction, they hit an under ground spring. The sump pump ran excessively and he went through a couple of sump pumps per year. After watching an episode of This Old House which featured Everdry Waterproofing, he gave them a call. Because of the amount of pumps he went through we were skeptical of the life time warranty from Everdry, but we got it in writing and let them do their thing. That was nearly 4 years ago and we haven't replaced a single pump. We did have a battery go bad, and called Everdry and they were out to replace it the same day, and installed a new battery charger, no cost. Don't hesitate to call them, you won't regret it.\r
