They have worked with us to develop documentation templates that are customized for our unique patient population. They were willing to go against the grain of other software companies to develop an extremely useful end product for a small niche market. EON has always been good with improving their program, updating to new forms and new requirements to keep ahead of insurance changes. I looked at other EHR programs and even tried out a free one but came to the conclusion that EON’s has always done well for me so why not stay with them. I am so glad I did because their EHR addition to the program was almost effortless.\r more

I worked for Eon Systems for less than a week.\r \r The moment I walked into the place and did my interview with a woman named Veronique, I immediately recognized that the books on their shelves were written by L. Ron Hubbard, the founding father of the cult of Scientology.\r \r I am bias towards Scientology, yes, but I wanted to start earning a paycheck again so I had no problem setting aside my differences with their religion as long as there would be no issues involving it being brought up in the workplace.\r \r I was told that, on top of their horrible pay rate (anywhere from $8.77 up to $13.50 an hour, depending on production. Unless you're one of the managers who gets a nice steady salary), I was told that I'd have to go through three weeks of paid training at $8.75 an hour, followed by a week long ""internship"" complete with job shadowing. No biggie, it's just training. I can handle that.\r \r What they didn't inform me is that their three weeks of ""training"" turned out to be a bunch of Scientology worksheets. They were making me take their classes. The entire time I was there, I didn't learn a single thing about the job that they had hired me on to do. It was all Scientology this and Scientology that.\r \r I will never recommend anyone to work for a company that pushes their religious views on anyone. more

I began looking at new software in 2008 when I began to want to improve the documentation of my patient visits. I looked at many different software offerings and settled upon EON Systems' Documentor (the SOAP note and narrative writing component of The Digital Office) because of its ability to customize a note to how I wrote. \r \r I love the fact that I can toggle between Documentor and Document Solution (the document storage and management component of The Digital Office) when producing reports such as Personal Injury Narratives. This combination has cut down the time it takes me to do a narrative or other types of reports or even prescriptions. The Practice Solution (the billing and scheduling component of The Digital Office) also integrates and shares information between the other two softwares so that I do not have to log into an additional piece of software to get simple information such as a diagnosis code.\r \r Using EON Systems' The Digital Office has streamlined our office. We can see more patients with less staff and reduced office overhead, and it has a bottom line return.\r \r The Practice Solution has been a very stable practice management software and we have not had any problems with doing electronic billing. I have been doing electronic billing for well over 10 years and this has probably been the easiest platform in which to perform billing. more

Documentor: A time saver every time! 2/10/2012

Training was great. Documentor is awesome. It's a time saver every time. If I see 40 patients in a day, it takes me 30 minutes a day to do all my notes for the day. With the randomization (not canned text others say it is and it's really not) gives you the freedom and allows very wide-open random and specialized notes. Not hard to do customized services. With the randomization I can do a same service note that looks different every time in 10 seconds and a full randomized note in 30 seconds. Another thing I like is that it has so much customization you can tell my notes apart from the other offices that use EON Systems in this town. more

TPS fine, documentor NO. 2/9/2012

I've been using TPS for 3 years and it's a great billing system. There is a learning curve with all of them, but it allows you to do almost anything. Since I was pleased with TPS, if thought that DOCUMENTOR AND DOCUMENT SOLUTION would be a good addition since we were looking into EMR. It's great if you see 10 patients per day, but if you see more than that, it's probably best if you don't buy a tablet and stick with your regular ""travel card"" and update your notes on your breaks. Document solution is great, but for some reason the x-rays that are suppose to be visible on ""DOCUMENTOR"" notes, don't seem to show up in the notes. Now that my tech support has expired, they won't make any suggestions on how to fix it unless I pay another $120/hr or get tech support for each individual program. In retrospect I should have just purchased EZ notes or some other basic notes program and saved $$ on a system that doesn't work well for 50 or more patients per day. more

We started with EON Systems software right out of the gate, and we feel fortunate in our choice as we have not had to make any changes to our electronic practice needs in the 10 years we have been in business. The tech support has always been outstanding and as a company they have always grown with the times; they're never stagnant. more

EON Systems has easy software! 6/3/2011

EON Systems' Practice Solution software gets me out of here, so I don't have to hang around finishing my billing. It's only takes me two minutes to get my billing for the whole week done. :-) With EON Systems' Documentor software: All of it is easy. I can also change things to say what I want it to say. The biggest thing is it saves me time. more

Fantastic Software!! 5/20/2011

I run a chiropractic office using EON Systems' software--The Practice Solution. EON Systems billing and scheduling software is fantastic and makes my job so much easier and we've even seen a huge increase in collections as a result of implementing it. As a user of this billing and scheduling software (The Practice Solution), I must say that EON Systems' training procedures to get off the ground we tailored to exactly what I needed. Most of the time I felt like a complete VIP through out the entire process. They provided a full electronic help manual, videos of the features in the program, a training workbook and a personal training consultant to guide me all the way through, we got up and running fast. Once learned, it is so quick to use that the front desk can easily concentrate on serving the customers, not battling with software. Even the docs got the hang of it quickly! And that's saying something! more

I have been working at EON Systems for close to four years. This is one of those unusual companies where the owners care about you and help you to be successful. The owners and staff care deeply about the clients and work like mad to help them be successful with EON software. Sometimes it is hard work, but we do our best and we get results.
