I've been using TPS for 3 years and it's a great billing system. There is a learning curve with all of them, but it allows you to do almost anything.
Since I was pleased with TPS, if thought that DOCUMENTOR AND DOCUMENT SOLUTION would be a good addition since we were looking into EMR.
It's great if you see 10 patients per day, but if you see more than that, it's probably best if you don't buy a tablet and stick with your regular ""travel card"" and update your notes on your breaks.
Document solution is great, but for some reason the x-rays that are suppose to be visible on ""DOCUMENTOR"" notes, don't seem to show up in the notes.
Now that my tech support has expired, they won't make any suggestions on how to fix it unless I pay another $120/hr or get tech support for each individual program.
In retrospect I should have just purchased EZ notes or some other basic notes program and saved $$ on a system that doesn't work well for 50 or more patients per day.
