Sorta good. Everything is hugely overpriced for the serving that you recieve. They do not even roll the fajitas which I found irritating. The best part of my meal was the giant, fresh cookie! I was probably a two pound cookie - that was worth the $4. I recommend Mighty Taco otherwise haha more

First timer 2 weeks ago. Looked up the addy TO RETURN THERE and found negative reviews. I LOVED my beef burrito. It was BIG, hence the $3.99 for the burrito. The ""Mild"" was a bit hot for me, but if you have had MIGHTY's ""Banderito"", it's along the same lines. I actually THANKED the kid working for the tremendous customer service. The pleace itself is VERY NEAT AND CLEAN! If your ""food is falling apart"" then it was made correctly! I would be pissed if I ordered a burrito and had less beef than I did taco shell. Also, EVERYONE I have talked to LOVES THIS PLACE! more

I tried their new location today for the first and last time. I got two mild beef tacos and found meat that tasted worse than making it myself at home with a powdered taco mix and their mild is actually close to hot. Plus the wait at the drive thru is really long I will not visit again. more

Visited hometown Buffalo, one of several visits a year. I stop at different restaurants every time (except La Nova, stop there every trip). The food was tasteless, poorly made (sloppy and falling apart), overpriced, and the staff was comprised of arrogant idiots. I can see the food being bad. once Ronny's mom died, the flavor went with her. But no reason not to have a decent staff. With unemployment what it is, you would think they could hire some decent people, but it reflects ownership. Don't waste your time. Mighty Taco has tastier and cheaper food. Pros: Leaving the place after being treated like dirt and overcharged for crappy food. Cons: Everything before leaving (entering, ordering, tasting the slop) more

I went to ETS (Elmwood Taco and Subs) the other nite, and they messed up a very simple order, I would NOT recommend this place at all, if they can't get something as simple as an order of medium wings and a turkey sub with NO tomatoes on it, what would they do with a larger order, and of course they don't leave an email so you can contact a manager either. Cons: Mess up orders, slow, I would NOT recommend this place at all more

I recently ate here with my fiance on a Sunday night. When we got our order, it was not only bland, but my ""Philly-All-the-Way"" sub was prepared very sloppy, falling apart, and it was and absolute mess. I've had too many steak subs to know how one should and shouldn't look or taste. I voiced my concern to the shift manager, told her I was very turned-off about the sub, and requested a refund...BIG MISTAKE...At that point customer service went out the door. THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS!!! On top of that, she was very patronizing and rude. They would not even exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value!!! I was either stuck with something I didn't like, or leave empty handed. They have lost 2 customers who used to eat there regularly. THANK YOU FOR KEEPING MY MONEY!!! I left ETS with an empty wallet, and an empty stomach. Do yourselves a favor and go anywhere else where a simple request will be honored. In the end...isn't that what keeps customers coming back? chili is a bit sweet...u should offer it in a larger size, & w/o beans. also , ur chicken supreme taco is a bit pricey, & has too much meat in it [lose the dark meat]. ** everything else on menu is great. hours,service,parking & ambience are also fantastic. My girlfriend eats turkey subs like it's her JOB. She is an expert and prides herself in it. She thinks that ETS turkey subs, with wheat roll, are the simply the best subs in Buffalo. I get the Mexican Pizza, which feeds a couple people. Its this cool crust thats light and layer-y ( NOT pizza dough) and you can get refried beans, wholebeans, chicken , peppers...whatever you like in your tacos. Anyone who I have told to try it LOVES them . Wheat sub rolls with any knd of sub are fantastic, taco pizza is unusual and perfect. Anything I order is always freshand the staff is always friendly. The beans and rice option is great on burritos. Can't wait for the drive thru to open... Pros: Fast clean and has FLAVOR! Cons: Drive thru needed...will be open soom I am told. more

Having eaten there in the past the food is ok, and while it isn't as good as Mighty Taco and a bit over priced it is closer to our office. We know lunch hour is busy so we called ahead and placed our order. We were told to pick it up in 15 minutes. We got there and the line was out the door. We waited in the line for over 20 minutes. At this point we were like 6-8 people away from the ONLY counter staff. As she finished a transaction I politely told her we had called ahead and asked if there was a pick up window. She bit my head off! ""You will have to wait in line!!"" Well we had been doing that but we still had another 15 minute wait, at which point we would be late getting back to the office and not able to eat our cold food. We said, ""never mind"". Had she said ""I'm sorry but you have to wait"" or even smiled we would have waited but don't take phone orders and then expect the people to come and wait behind everyone who is in line ordering their food. Especially when there is only one counter person and two people cooking and they take the order, cook it and then wait on the next person! We walked out as had many people from the line already done while we were waiting. At this point a rabid employee ran after us and told us if we had phoned in an order we had to get back in line as it was already made(!) No thanks, and don't worry we won't be back!\r We went to Avenue on Elmwood, picked up great food in under 5 minutes and anyone who wants a great sub should try it! For good Mexican food and fabulous service try Salsaritas. ETS is a joke, not worth the price, not worth the wait and definitely not respectful of their customers. ETS makes the best tacos you'll ever have! Their special seasoning is amazing and they are the best way to spend $1.25. Don't skimp on the sour cream, it makes the taco even better! more
