Arrived around 2PM and there were 4 cars being serviced at the Quick Lube with another car in line ahead of me. I came back around 5PM and there was no wait. Staff was very friendly and service was completed in about 20 minutes. more

I visited this establishment because I had a problem with my key ignition switch. Wow! was I impressed! I was immediately acknowledged. They knew exactly what the problem was. I did not have to make an appointment which was a PLUS! given my busy schedule. I dropped off my truck at 9am and picked it up at noon. They were efficient and courteous. I have been to many Automotive businesses, but this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had. Thank You guys! more

Everyone at Dynamic Automotive is very friendly. They genuinely care about not only their customers but the vehicles as well. I've explained I know very little about cars. I need to get in the car, get to where I need to go and home again. I drive alot and find it difficult to come in for oil changes. As such, one of the techs did some research on ways I can work around it such as using an additive to help protect the engine or changing over to synthetic oil. I opted to use the additive and vowed I would come in more frequently. They explained since I drive so much, I should also plan to come in to have my transmission fluid flushed every 30K miles and researched when I needed to change my timing belt and what could happen if it were to break based on my engine type (trust me, not a good thing). One of the techs advised that I would probably need to change my air filter in another two or three oil changes but that it wasn't dirty enough right now to be a concern. At no point in time did I feel pressure to have any service done unlike some auto shops. They have agreed to be my partner in keeping my vehicle on the road for at least 500K miles! :) I highly recommend Dynamic Automotive-Urbana. more

My Nissan had been totally dead for weeks when I had it towed to DA-Urbana for a diagnostic. It took less than an hour for these experts to find and fix the problem, but they kept the car overnight so they could re-test in the morning to make sure that everything was good to go. I love this business. When I walk in, I'm greeted like a friend, and, when I walk out, I actually look forward to the next visit. Best of all, the work is outstanding, fairly priced, and available when I need it. Undoubtedly the best auto shop I have every used! more

Ever since I found DA. I feel I can trust my car to the best guys around. My favorite mechanic there is Ronnie. The front desk staff have changed a few times but Ronnie has always been very consistent and reliable. I know I can take my car there for any trouble and get what it really needs and not unneeded service. The guys there are great and Ronnie is the best mechanic around. He pays attention to my car and saves me unnecessary stuff. All the guys there are very nice . I live very far away since I moved but I still make the trip there to have my car checked. That should tell you about the quality of this shop. more

I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN ON SUNDAY BECAUSE I THOUGHT THERE WAS AN OIL LEAK. THE MANAGER IN THE OIL DEPT LOOKED AND ADVISED IT WAS A LEAK FROM RACK AND PINION AND SAID I COULD BRING IT BACK MONDAY TO HAVE IT CHECKED FOR A REPAIR ESTIMATE. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME AS I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER. I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM DYNAMIC AUTO. EVERY TIME I COME IN, EVERYONE IS VERY FRIENDLY, HONEST AND NICE AND I BRING BOTH OF MY VEHICLES THERE FOR SERVICE. more

I was beyond impressed with the care I received. I pulled up next door at the gas station to fill a tire that was low and one of the mechanics at Dynamic Auto saw me and offered to put my van up to see if something was in the tire. Turned out I had run over a nail. As I pulled in, they noticed I had a brake light out. I had my 3-yr-old in the car and they noticed my concern for time. They were quick with the repairs, attentive to me, and respectful in their demeanor. The next day at work I told several people about the amazing service. Even if Dynamic Auto were out of my way, I would go there for every auto service. I can't say enough good things about them. more

I'll preface by saying I'm not a gear head at all, but to be treated like an idiot when asking simple questions about my vehicle is intolerable. I've been a loyal customer for close to 4 years, but the blatant disrespect and derision I was forced to endure during my last visit has made me end our relationship. Good riddance. more
