Everyone at Dynamic Automotive is very friendly. They genuinely care about not only their customers but the vehicles as well. I've explained I know very little about cars. I need to get in the car, get to where I need to go and home again. I drive alot and find it difficult to come in for oil changes. As such, one of the techs did some research on ways I can work around it such as using an additive to help protect the engine or changing over to synthetic oil. I opted to use the additive and vowed I would come in more frequently. They explained since I drive so much, I should also plan to come in to have my transmission fluid flushed every 30K miles and researched when I needed to change my timing belt and what could happen if it were to break based on my engine type (trust me, not a good thing). One of the techs advised that I would probably need to change my air filter in another two or three oil changes but that it wasn't dirty enough right now to be a concern. At no point in time did I feel pressure to have any service done unlike some auto shops. They have agreed to be my partner in keeping my vehicle on the road for at least 500K miles! :) I highly recommend Dynamic Automotive-Urbana.
