Syrqa complains about her tenants treatment. The Super called and told us the tenant had a non-working A/C. We contacted the tenant to set up an appt date. She informed us her A/C was not working, that squirrels were living in it and that the tenant below her was complaining about the squirrels dropping food onto her awning below! We suggested an exterminator but she told us an exterminator said she needed a screen replaced on the A/C that the squirrels had knocked off and it was laying on the awning below!! The tenant broke the first appt as she said she had to go out that morning. We told her that our man had to move on to a job in the Bronx, she is in Brooklyn, and we could come the next morning! That would not do! She insisted it had to be that afternoon. Then her Super called us saying she was complaining that we did not come! We told her what happened and told her we might be able to get someone that afternoon but it was unlikely. We could have someone there the next morning between 10 and noon. No promises of an afternoon appt were given! The super said okay if the tenant agreed, and she would call her to find out. Then the owner, janice S, called us saying that the tenant was on another phone line and was furious we did not keep our appt! I told her what had happened and that we could be there the next morning! She said she would talk to the tenant and call us back. SHE NEVER DID!! She just started posting her bad comments about us! We are a good and reliable repair company and we treat customers fairly and honestly and we do not rip them off like other companies do! It really hurts when the only time we see anyone make a review of our company is when they have a very unjust and untrue complant!
