It would have been a satisfactory service as the service rep. had been professional, as well as follow up w/ a call prior to getting service and repair person showing up promptly on time. I had actually chosen to get service w/ DAR through a promotion they're having, a $25 off any repair. I just checked that it was being promoted on the website currently and I had the actual coupon that mailed to my house. After the repair person finishes the job and gives me a quote, I went on to give him the check and showed him the discount coupon. Repair person first tells me they don't honor the coupon anymore, but I had already confirmed that it's effective w/ the phone rep. Then he calls the rep.- I presume- to tell me that the discount had already been applied. No matter how good your service is, that is just poor business to not honor your own promotion, not to mention improvise the total to make it seem like they did apply the discount. So not cool.
