After researching the many affiliates in the home security industry;we settled on Dyezz . Dyezz had excellent reviews and friendly prices. Our property and ranch style home on 30 acres was not an easy assignment? Dyezz Security has excellent customer service; punctual employees and a very favorable discrete installation. Once our residence was completed; we were so much more comfortable tucking in at night. Having a sense of security and dependability is what's most important at home. Our security system is a retroactive insurance policy for my family. We are always safe! And we can always take comfort in the fact.....Thank you,Dyezz! more

I am the Director of outside sales for Qdoba in Austin Tx. We opened our Cedar Park location and went with Dyezz for our surveillance and monitoring. We have now switched our other restaurant due to great service. If we have any issue, they are addressed immediately. If you go by our locations you will see the Dyezz decals all over our windows. I always choose the company with professionalism and industry experience. For security that is Dyezz. Someone is always available when I need them. Fair cost.. Fast installation. Best Security Company with incredible customer service 5/20/2012

They truly are experts in what they do and provide incredible customer service. I decided on Dyezz Surveillance company over other security companies for a couple of reasons. 1. I was extremely impressed with the equipment and the pricing. Plus the options of payments that they offer. 2. The professionalism and willing to go about and beyond to make sure the system is up and running and that I am comfortable with the system and know how to fully utilize the system. So far it has been a pleasure to have Dyezz Security provide security for my family. I feel like John and his staff are sincere and genuine when they tell you they want you and your family to feel safe and provide protection to your family. I would HIGHLY recommend Dyezz and have already referred them to some people. more

Wouldn't use anyone else 5/20/2012

I have used Dyezz surveillance for over 7 years at all of my Coyote Ugly locations nationwide. They have always provided superb customer service. John and Matt have been nothing short of excellent. Their business model of working as hard if not harder than their employees is exactly how businesses should be run. When I see other businesses doing it that way, I know the relationship will be perfect. Their new motto should be ""We do good business."" Very few businesses can say that these days............ more

Fully devoted to customer satisfaction, easily reached when something needs to be addressed and a product that delivers what they promise. Great Customer Service and Low Rates 5/15/2012

Dyezz Surveillance is not just another company in the market. They truly believe in treating each customer with utmost care and professionalism. Their team of professionals go above and beyond to make sure a customer is happy. My whole experience with them since last 18 months has been phenomenal. They had the best rates in the market to secure/monitor our home compared any vendor out in the Austin market. They send people if there are any issues immediately without delay and look to exceed the expectations of their customers. I recommended them to friends and businesses all the time. Best rate and customer service 5/11/2012

I had been with the other guys for over a couple of years and had never realized i had been paying three times more per month then what dyezz charges. Not only was i paying more, their service was lousy. At Dyezz not only do you pay a great rate,their customer service is excellent. Their technicians are are so professional. They do a very clean job and explain everything they are doing as they go alone the way. They are never late for an appointment. With this kind of professional service i would recommend them to anyone more

We use Dyezz Survelliance for our home and for our 3 businesses and they are great to work with. We have camera's at our stores that can be viewed from our laptop, desk top or ipad which makes it very easy. We also had alarm systems installed w/monitoring on all. We have worked w/Dyezz for over 8 years. more

Best Customer Service EVER!!! 4/26/2012

I wanted to THANK Dyezz Surveillance, for such a great team of Professionals!!! I have never had such great communication with any other security company. And to many times Great goes unnoticed!!! We have had 2 very reputable companies before, and have had to sign contracts and then still had hidden charges added to our bill,or increase in monthly monitoring during the contracts! John Dyess, has trained and knowledgeable professionals on his team. From the original tech service call, or just help on the phone with my keypad, no one has ever been more polite to me on the phone or in person! And now that we can monitor our home from our phones or computers, what more do we need to fill secure at home. We have used them for 5 years, and could not be happier I have referred them to all my family and friends for job well done! Thank you again, Sandy & Cody more

I transitioned from ADT to Dyezz with a hassle free experience. The service is fantastic and everyone is really friendly. It's like having your own personal security service. Top Notch Service!! 4/23/2012

I recently went with Dyezz Surveillance to install 3 camera around my house. Everyone I dealt with at Dyezz is extremely professional and courteous! The installer came out to install the cameras a couple of days after I decided to go with Dyezz. He was very knowledgeable and made sure the wires were all hidden away. One my camera's was messed up and the next day Dyezz call me up to reschedule and fix the camera. When the installer came out the fix the camera I had him hook it all up to my router (which allows you to watch via smart phone or computer). I love being able to see my house and check on everything even when I'm not home. My parents also enjoy it because they watch us playing with our son in the backyard which makes them feel like they are here with us. I would definitely highly recommend Dyezz to anyone that is looking to install security to their home!!? more
