Service on a first name basis is important to me and The Staff at Dyezz undertands that. Dyezz has installed several DVR's, cameras and alarm systems for me, with professional service, detailed instructions, great follow up, and best of all great systems to meet my budget. more

Dyezz Surviellance is the BEST! 5/16/2011

I just had cameras installed at my house. I am VERY impressed with the quality of the product and the installers were extremely professional and took great care in making sure everythig works to perfection. They also took extra care to make sure the install looks perfect and didn't cause any damage to any part of my house. I can't imagine any company offering better service, equipment or pricing. Thank you so much for such awesome customer service. These guys are the best in town! more

Peace of Mind at an affordable cost 4/21/2011

First and foremost, Dyezz is locally owned and gives back to the local community. They are literally everywhere! There came a point where I couldn't venture out in the Austin area without seeing at least one Dyezz sticker on a window somewhere. They own Austin that's for sure. Their security packages are extremely affordable and take no time to set up operations. The service staff are professional and efficient. If there are any issues with your product, don't be surprised to get personal attention on the matter from the owner himself who is not afraid to get in the trenches at the lowest level to ensure success for his company. Bottom line, Dyezz surveillance wants to earn your business. more

Great customer service!!!!! Reliable, affordable and extremely customer friendly. I've been with the company for over 2 years and since the initial installation my experience has only been positive. They are quick to resolve technical issues and are always available to provide support and/or customer service. I've rated their service as 5 stars only because that's the highest rating on City Search. They deserve 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend Dyezz Surveillance - with them I feel like a person instead of another account. It's good to know that my home is secured by a company that still believes in traditional values - customer service. By the way, I have both the video (camera) surveillance system and home monitoring. You can't beat the price on both systems!!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend this company. I only wish other businesses would be more like Dyezz Surveillance!!!!!!!!!!! more

Yea Cameras 4/2/2009

They came out and installed the system next day! When i had questions they got back to me right away. Now no matter where i go i feel safe leaving my home knowing it's protected!! Pros: Remote Viewing more
