Always happy except for this time 9/24/2016

Oil change and brake check. Learned I need $1,000 in brake work. I'd asked in July for the brakes to be checked and when I picked the car up, I was told they were fine. Reality is they were never checked. I feel if they had been checked in July like I'd asked, I could had repaired them then, at probably a less money too. more

We have been using Duxler for over 10 years and they continue to provide excellent service time after time. All of our cars are serviced by them From our 2005 pilot with 155,000 to our Kia sorento with 33,000. We choose to have our cars service by duxler over the dealership because of the individual level of service that we receive. more

Duxler should be the quintessential standard of excellence. 9/8/2016

Duxler opened 1 year after we moved to Libertyville, and we have been using them since they opened. I cannot say enough good things about their service and the pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable people working at that location. I recommend them every time someone mentions auto service. In my opinion, they are the best. more

Quick & Easy plus cookies 8/26/2016

Came in for standard oil change had them check 1 tire.Turned out I picked up a nail. Repaired tire in no time flat. Had 4 cookies with my usual bottle of water. more
