Very friendly and always try to make sure answner my questions and tryed to find the car fit my need and price and explain the reasons and needs.

Worst

Good cars, terrible service. They are not able to fix common problems with cars, are not willing to order accessories, and get very rude very quickly.

I started my purchase thru the internet. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by at least 3 other sales people. The internet sales manager, Angela Battle, was very patient and worked hard to get me a good deal. more

I have to say that given how bad things can go with a car dealership, I think I had a pretty good experience. I loved our salesman, Sammy, and will probably always return to him when we want to buy a new car. He is thoughtful, always follows through, and is sure to consistently follow up to ensure a timely resolution to whatever the problem may be. He worked harder than I did to get a fair deal on my trade-in and an incredible price on my new car. He should honestly be selling Maserati's. And MaryBeth, the finance guru, was awesome - at first I got a pretty bad interest rate but bought the car anyway. She called me back the next morning and said she was able to drop my interest rate 3 points (which is a pretty big deal). Who else would do that?? more

Great Place 1/8/2009

I send all my friends there, there was a problem a year or so ago with a few people, but they don't work there anymore. The new manager is awsome, I forget his name. He helped out with all my issues and seemed to really care. Ill never go anywhere elese. more

Dulles Motorcars stinks 1/16/2006

I recently took my car to Dulles Motorcars for a problem with my turn signal. I was very disappointed in the service. It took them 3 business days to look at my car and when they finally did examine my vehicle they told me they didn’t know how to fix the problem. I’ll never waste my time taking my car here ever again. more

Terrible experience--incapable, poor customer service 9/7/2005

I brought my Jeep Cherokee in to Dulles Motorcars with an electronic problem. Not only were they unable to discover the source of the problem, after having the Jeep for an entire week, but they attempted to charge me for that failure (after having promised me that they wouldn’t), and the service manager was extremely unprofessional and rude, throwing my father-in-law out of his office as well. Ultimately we were able to resolve things to our satisfaction, but we were asked never to go back there again. Under no circumstances would I recommend Dulles Motorcars for vehicle servicing. more
