Good cars, terrible service. They are not able to fix common problems with cars, are not willing to order accessories, and get very rude very quickly.

Wow, what an amazing experience! Our salesman Bobby was very friendly, helpful and professional. They all were very hospitable, offering drinks, and the internet sales girl Nadia even occupied my children with coloring while we filled out paperwork and so on. They got us in, financed and out in a timely matter, with a freshly washed vehicle and a half tank of gas. We will deffinately be returning customers. more

Great Job: My dad runs a dealership in NY; so I know what excellent service is. From the first call to make an appointment, to the actual appointment time and service, I was very satisfied. They even cleaned my dirty Jeep without charging me after doing an oil change and a heating element replacement that was under warranty. I had a horrible experience at Passport Chrysler of Alexandria (overcharged and went through 6 months of legal battle against them) and would NOT recommend them. more

Our sales person did a great job of showing us different vehicles: she was knowledgable about the features, gave us a great price, and patient with our roudy children. I never felt pressured or observed any signs of bait-and-switch like I have experienced at other dealerships. I would highly recommend the dealship my friends. more

This was the first time we were able to purchase exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. We called to make an appt with Angela and made sure she had the car and color we had been searching for. This sale took less than 2 hours, Angela had us on the road with our new car! more

LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM!!!!!!! I had no problems upon receiving a 2006 Jeep Liberty, the car actually had been used and there was actually nothing wrong with it, it was clean, no problems, and the price was VERY good, so I am overall pretty content with my experience and I will continue to suggest other buyers to definitely look into Dulles motor cars, I think that these other reviews don't represent this dealership at all being that most of them were posted in 2006-08, so obviously the service will be a lot better by now. Anyways, Dulles motor cars is worth it, trust me. more

My husband and I felt comfortable with our purchase 12/8/2010

My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle with a good price tag. we found a Kia on the website and I started researching the vehicle. I then sent my finance application and requested a quote online. i was promtly contacted by Angela. She walked us through almost the entire process via email and when we got there she was waiting for us. took a test drive with us, made my husband and i feel comfortable with the vehicle we were buying. Paulina in finance was wonderful, she told us our options and worked with us. she even waited for us to see if we could get a better interest rate through a bank (she ultimately got the better deal for us). They have a very non-pushy laid back dealership. the only complaint that I had was waiting for the car to be prepped. This took a long time however, they helped us clean out our messy car that we traded in (they gave us a great deal on that considering we only had that for 6 months!). Thanks for making this great and we will be back! more

A top notch, no pressure experience ! 12/6/2010

Our experience at the dealership was top notch. My initial interations were via email. After doing extensive research went to dealer expecting to deal with high pressure sales staff. I did not feel pressure to purchase extras that other dealers but was informed of the various options. Staff stayed one hour after closing to meet our needs. When I told friends that I was done in and hour and a half they were surprised that it took such a short time. I would highly recommend dealership to other friends. more

After dealing with many different dealers, I ended up buying my car from Dulles Motorcars after speaking with the sales manager, Keilan. He was by far the most honest, gracious manager in the business. He never made us feel like we were just another customer. Go see him if you're interested in a Subaru, Kia, or Jeep. more

I would recommend this dealership to anyone 9/7/2010

Having read a couple of negative reviews, I was expecting the worst, but I really felt like this dealership made the process as painless as possible. Our salesman, who we had communicated with via phone, after seeing a particular car advertised, returned our call, we found that were able to go see the car while he was there, but he was accommodating about arranging for someone else to help us, if we were unable to do so. There was a ready answer for all our questions and the car was nicely gone over and readied for sale, unlike some we'd looked at at another place. Another pleasant surprise was the ease with which the financing process was completed. The options were ready for us to look at before we entered the finance person's office, (Paulina). Extra warranties and services were offered, we didn't take most of them, but there were no high pressure scare tactics. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.\r The Wrights more

I have to say that given how bad things can go with a car dealership, I think I had a pretty good experience. I loved our salesman, Sammy, and will probably always return to him when we want to buy a new car. He is thoughtful, always follows through, and is sure to consistently follow up to ensure a timely resolution to whatever the problem may be. He worked harder than I did to get a fair deal on my trade-in and an incredible price on my new car. He should honestly be selling Maserati's. And MaryBeth, the finance guru, was awesome - at first I got a pretty bad interest rate but bought the car anyway. She called me back the next morning and said she was able to drop my interest rate 3 points (which is a pretty big deal). Who else would do that??\r \r more
