I have to say that given how bad things can go with a car dealership, I think I had a pretty good experience. I loved our salesman, Sammy, and will probably always return to him when we want to buy a new car. He is thoughtful, always follows through, and is sure to consistently follow up to ensure a timely resolution to whatever the problem may be. He worked harder than I did to get a fair deal on my trade-in and an incredible price on my new car. He should honestly be selling Maserati's. And MaryBeth, the finance guru, was awesome - at first I got a pretty bad interest rate but bought the car anyway. She called me back the next morning and said she was able to drop my interest rate 3 points (which is a pretty big deal). Who else would do that??
