Dublin Hair Co

My whole family has been going into Dublin since we moved to town almost three years ago. I've had my hair cut and colored by everyone there. Marili, Monica, Amber, and Veronica are my girls! I was sad to hear that they're no longer going to be working in Seal Beach but i have to say I will be following them to Static salon. I can't wait to see your new home! more

Veronica is my Hair Best Friend!!! She has been cutting my hair for over 7 years and she also cuts my daughter and Son's hair as well ""We love her"" . She always gives me a wonderful haircut or color. I love going to Dublin Hair because Veronica and her sister Monica are incredibly nice/ friendly..Veronica is very professional and I highly recommend her because I always received a ton of compliments about my hair.. I also Love the area where the salon is because before or after getting my haircut or color I get to do some shopping around de area ""they have great shops"" or I can grab something to eat at any of the restaurants on main st. I also love that the salon is by the beach "" I love Seal Beach"".. more

I have been going to Amber for years now and would not ever trust anyone but her with my hair, she even did my hair for my wedding! Also Marili is amazing and have know her forever too, she also did bridesmaids hair at my wedding and everyone was so excited and pleased with the way they came out! I never leave the salon feeling less than amazed! she does awesome color and cuts and I feel like a new women everytime I leave! Highly reccomend, they know what they are doing! Thats all i have to say....we love Monica and veronica and Amber. From my first meeting with Monica, she became a friend. My whole family goes to Dublin to have their hair cut, including my husband who's a fussy one! My nearly three year old loves it and sits perfectly still for her hair cuts. She is treated like a princess and loves the fact she will get a lolly at the end of the process! We have moved to Anaheim, but still go back to SB for hair, thats how great they are. I was going to the same stylist for a looong time, but then was not happy with the way my hair looked when I left the salon. So, it thought, ""time for a freaking change"" so that's what I did. I found Dublin Hair Company and have never looked back. Amber totally ROCKS with my color, cut, and style. Love it there !!!Roger isn't too bad to look at either :-) more

I am very particular when it comes to getting my hair done, let alone be touched. I was relief when I came across this salon,because two of the best hairstylist work there, VERONICA and MONICA are amazing! They are very proffesional, young and talented. I always fallow their advice because at the end i feel more beautiful than ever, my hair is shiny, bouncy and extremely healthy!! Pros: amazing salon! more

I have lived in Seal Beach for about a year and a half. I have tried several of the salons on Main Street because its in walking distance of my apartment looking for a stylist who gets me and what I want. I don't think I am a difficult person but I know what I want and if you don't get it right I won't be back. I was out on a walk with my dog and saw that Dublin Hair Company was open on a Sunday. The receptionist greeted me when I opened the door and helped me book an appointment later in the week. Needless to say I have found my stylist and the salon that I will never leave. I have been in three times since I usually see Amber but I also saw Veronica once. Their work is the best in Seal Beach from my experiences. The salon is so cute inside and everyone is so friendly. If you are looking for a new salon Dublin Hair is the place in Seal Beach. Pros: Great Ambience, Friendly Staff, Great For Locals Cons: none for me more

After recently moving into town, this salon was the third I had tried. I like a stylist that can tell me the best look for my facial structure - my lifestyle and actually make it happen. I hadn't found that yet at other places in town. But I found it here! I have thick hair just above my shoulders and lots of it! \r \r Monica was the hairdresser and she was awesome. I'm not an easy customer, as I tend to be able to articulate what I dont like better than what I do like - she was extremely patient with me and in the end - gave me the best haircut & color I've had in years. She listened to everything I said and came up with a style that I'm able to wear with my business suit into the office and still fun ""30-something"" cut I can love as I'm lounging on the beach. I would recommend her to anyone.\r \r In addition I found the salon atmosphere very relaxing, artsy and fun. I have been going to Dublin Hair for a couple of years, Amber does my hair. I have been able to try different styles and colors. I can totally trust Amber to do THE best job. I've even given Amber the direction to ""do whatever you want"". And she has, and I've loved my hair. \r You will not be disappointed by choosing Dublin Hair. Ive written a review before but since things have changed and I just received an email from Dublin Hair Company it reminded me of that last time i was there to get my hair dyed. I love how Monica cuts my hair and even recommened her to one of my friends who loves her too now. So this past Sept after my long overseas trip I decided to drive all the way to Seal Beach to get my hair dyed by Monica. Monica was awesome as always and we were having a good time talking about my trip and her upcoming trip as well, while she dyed my hair. Then in walks the owner with his two sons asking Monica if she could cut his son's hair when Monica was obviously busy with me. Well i guess he got annoyed that she was taking a long time doing my hair (keep in mind i have VERY thick medium length hair) Monica likes to take her time in order for the results to be awesome (which they are always). So In the end when it was time to pay(my hair looking awesome) I reminded Monica that last time when I recommended my friend I didnt receive the discount they offered & she agreed, so she was ringing me up and I saw the screen, she was charging me $55 for the dye then -$10 for my discount,then the owner comes rushing to the front and tells Monica basically move aside im taking over, he asked Monica what she had done to me, Monica said a tint and his response was ""JUST a tint????"" obviously he thought she had taken too long for JUST a tint, well who knows what he did on that computer but im sure he added something else because in the end after taking about 10 minutes he said ok your total is $75 with the discount instead of $80. I was so shocked but composed myself and paid up. I love Monica but I refuse to be ripped off by the owner because he is in a bad mood or because he wanted his son's hair cut done at the time Monica was working on me. If Monica moves to another salon she can be sure that I will go with her but until then sadly I wont be going back or recommending any more friends. I just moved to Costa Mesa from Chicago and was looking for a salon that could replace the windy city roller derby girl who used to cut my hair at Big Hair in the Roscoe Village. I tried a number of places in Huntington and Newport Beach, but Monica at Dublin Hair Co. has done a fine job with my hair and i'm happy to Dublin Hair to anyone. more
