We have a Sony Bravia TV which developed problems but was still under warranty. I first spoke with someone at DTR, which was a pleasant experience. I faxed a copy of my purchase receipt to them plus a description of the problem, from which their Sony specialist was able to diagnose the problem. They ordered the replacement part, which came in a couple of days. We scheduled a day for the repair (morning or afternoon). The repair tech, Jose, called an hour before arrival and was here when he said he would be. He was friendly, competent, quick, and also gave us helpful tips to maximize our TV's performance. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful when I called. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others as well. Thank you, DTR!
