I am so glad I found this place. Their quality is great. The owner takes great care and pride in providing a Quality product. I take all my work clothes there after wasting money and getting less at all the high priced cleaners around Valley Ranch and las Colinas. Dont waste your money at the other places. I dropped of some laundry/dry cleaning. The owner asked me to pay for it in advance, but I did not have my wallet on me and told her I would pay when I pick up the clothes for which she agreed. Then when I came home and looked at the receipt there was a COD charge tacked on for paying while picking up the clothes!!! When I called her she was VERY rude and started to yell. I asked if I could come back and pay (which was like in 5 minutes after I dropped off) and she told me that she could not reverse the charge and that I can take my business to 11 other cleaners next time! HOW RUDE! I will NEVER EVER take my clothes there! Oh she also told me that there is the sign that says I will have to pay extra somewhere in the store! What a joke! People like this should not be in the business! Pros: NONE!!! Cons: EVERYTHING! What a apt word for them! more

I dropped off my clothes at 7:12 and was told that I could pick them up at 5:30. When I arrived at the store at 5:45 my clothes were not at the store and they said I would have to come back and get them at 6:30 or 7:00PM. When I went back the next day to pick up my clothing and asked the employee about my clothing not being ready at the time given, she said there clocks were wrong and it was her mistake and nothing could be done about it. I spoke to the manager who is also the OWNER, and she also said nothing could be done. When I went to put on a dress that I had taken to this cleaners the next day I realized the strap on the dress was completely broken off. I called the OWNER and let her know what had happened and she said she would need to look at the dress, I took it up there and when a whole day went on without hearing from the OWNER I called her the next morning and she said she was too busy to talk to me and hung up the phone. I called back and continued to get hung up on. The last time I called I had said that she kept hanging up on me and I just wanted to know what was going on with my dress and the OWNER started yelling at me saying that if I called one more time she would call the cops and I would have to get my dress in court. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please do not support this cleaners or their second location on Macaruther Blvd. ""Tuscan Dry Cleaners"". I highly recommend going to ANOTHER dry cleaning company. I dropped off a white $300 goose feather down comforter and the OWNER of the store ruined it . I had just bought it and wanted it dry cleaned. She made me pay for her service BEFORE I saw my comforter. Then she tried to hide the rust stain her machine put on it. When I asked what it was, she told me it must be a stain from the food I was eating while in bed. First of all, that is not possible, because I had just bought it. Second of all, is that what the owner normally does? Blames it immediately on the customer? She said she was going to try to dry clean it again. I left, then went back realizing I DID NOT want it ruined any further. When I asked her to go get my comforter, she refused. When I demanded she give it to me, she had rolled it into a ball and stuffed it under the front counter!! This is probably where the original stain came from. She actually tried to make me pay for it again! DO NOT GET ANYTHING DRY CLEANED BY THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PROPERTY RUINED!
