Review content:
I dropped of some laundry/dry cleaning. The owner asked me to pay for it in advance, but I did not have my wallet on me and told her I would pay when I pick up the clothes for which she agreed. Then when I came home and looked at the receipt there was a COD charge tacked on for paying while picking up the clothes!!! When I called her she was VERY rude and started to yell. I asked if I could come back and pay (which was like in 5 minutes after I dropped off) and she told me that she could not reverse the charge and that I can take my business to 11 other cleaners next time! HOW RUDE! I will NEVER EVER take my clothes there! Oh she also told me that there is the sign that says I will have to pay extra somewhere in the store! What a joke! People like this should not be in the business!
Pros: NONE!!!
Cons: EVERYTHING! What a apt word for them!
