Driver's Way Pelham

Multiple mistakes made with the paperwork.We picked out a car and Sonny told us we wasn't approved and to pick out a different car and they would try again that it may get approved next time because it may be the car we picked, So we picked out a different one which cost more than the first one..Then she told us we were approved. Then when they turned the paperwork in to the bank for our trade in she wrote down far less millage than what was on the car.Then for some reason she asked was this millage correct I told her no and that I sent her the correct millage at the beginning of this and she stated she didn't get that information.I gave her the correct millage and she tells us about 2 hours later that we wasn't approved because they told the bank we had a $7,000 trade in and now that the millage was corrected the trade in value dropped to $2500 and to get the loan approved we needed to come up with the difference. This was a total waste of time.The whole experience was so unprofessional. Two weeks later we went to Serra Nissan of Sylacauga and bought a 2015 Nissan Altima which was about $6,000 more than the car we were denied at drivers way and we kept our trade in. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. more

They will give you about half what your car is worth and then charge you top dollar for theirs....do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!!!!! more

We entered Driver's Way to find a group of sales people all laughing and enjoying themselves. We assumed they would acknowledge us. We walked right pass the main desk and they never noticed. We went out the side door and took a quick tour. We left and went to another used Car Dealership that wanted our business. I would think that with this economy they would be more aware of people walking in their doors. It looked old, dusty and unkept anyway. Lots of lights were out in the offices. more

Many hours spent at driver's way and left empty handed feeling really frustrated! Will never do business there again... awful experience! more

I spent a long day at Drivers WAy helping a friend find a car to purchase. The day was long because we decided to test drive many many cars to make a good decision since she was undecided on which type of vehicle she wanted. Our sales person was patient with us and did not care how many cars we drove. The atmosphere at Drivers Way is very relaxed and no pressure from any sales person at all. Basically, you drive any cars that you want to drive and the information is in each car as to price and car info. When you decide which car you want to purchase, you just let the sales person know and it is pretty quick and painless after that. The closing paperwork took about 1/2 hour to complete from start to finish. Drivers Way is a first class place to purchase a car. Very positive experience. Who wants to be pressured and lied to by a car salesperson???? This is why a place like Drivers Way is my choice. more
