I received an ad in the mail for $19.99 oil change, plus all these little extras..the normal extras-fluid top off, tire rotation, tire pressure check--nothing out of the ordinary,...

Treating their customer differently.If they know you service is fast and give discount but not you go to the opposite direction. I will not recommend to anybody. more

Bad experience 2/2/2012

Come with window problem.was charge with 95$ without any work done. They gone tell you when you decided not to continue the repair to there shop.So be careful to this scam . more

Wasted 2 hours 1/20/2012

I am customer who has bought the $249.99 synthetic oil change deal. On my second attempt I was 'told' to get an appointment for the oil change..I mean really for an oil change. I came back after a week and it took 2 hours to do the oil change. I kept on waiting in the glass enclosed waiting room and nobody bothered coming there to say that the car was done. I myself eventually went out to inquire and was told that the car was done. Horrible service more

Repair and Maintenance 12/21/2011

This shop had replaced a transmission for me couple years ago and no problems experienced. On a return for routine oil change a short time later the rep tried to tell me I need to change transmission fluid based on hi-miles on car. I explained about new transmission. Yesterday I was in again for oil change and before rep could start to suggest extra work I explained what happened before and to check car for potential safety issues. Ended up doing rear brake pads and turned rotors; R&R power steering pump that had a leak and mgr threw in free fluids change and 5 coupon card for future oil changes. I left a satisfied customer; but do caution anyone having auto work done at any auto shop to ask questions and check repairpal.com for estimates on suggested work when in for routine oil change.............FREE checks are seldom really FREE more

Very accomodating 12/19/2011

I had a major repair that needed to be done. I researched parts and thought I found a better deal on the part. They were willing to accommodate me if I got the part they would install and charge labor only. They were all very professional, as this is my second visit. Although job is not complete, I feel that they will fulfill their commitment and have a happy customer. The shuttle service is also a great perk. more

Oil Change turns into Oil Leak 12/8/2011

I brought my car in for an oil change. After the routine check ups, it was reported that I had an oil leak. The source of the leak was identified as the cam seals. So, on Oct. 19, the cam seals were replaced along with other work. I still have the oil leak and maybe worse. I am now being told that I need an oil pan gasket which will cost more money. My frustration is that I did not bring my car in for an oil leak. Now, I have one for sure and you are seeking more dollars to fix it. I need someone to contact me about this situation. more

rear window regulator repair 12/8/2011

Don't go there for your car repair.find another shop that is honest.I went there for my car rear window won't close.The african american guy greeted me and asked what wrong with my car.Then he said that they gonna check the car and after check he give me the estimate it was 600 plus ,I told him that Im just gonna come back because $600 is too much for me.Instead he lower the price to 500+ but I decided to go.When about to go he said that I have to pay the charges to check the car of $95.This charges was not explained to me before he check my car.So dont have any choice lost $95 for nothing or let then fix the car for $500.Thats a ripped off.Without proper explanation,charges to the roof.The cost for my repair in BMW cost only $280.Imagine that....biggest mistake I made that I brought my car in drivers auto repair. more

Oil Change and Inspection 10/17/2011

I was very pleased, I was told my vehicle would be ready in around an hour, and it was! As I waited I was watching a funny movie in the waiting room so the time just flew. Thank you guys for always treating me very well when I bring my vehicle to you!!! more

Defect Battery Sold by Driver's Auto Repair 10/3/2011

My battery died and I explained this to the tech. Yet, I was still charged $54 to check that nothing else was causing the issue and it turns out it was a defective battery. When I received the call from the guy I was told that the battery was too small for my car. When I said this store sold it to me, the story was changed to a defective battery sold to me in November 2010. I don't see why I had to pay $54 to get my vehicle checked when I told them from the beginning it was the battery. Not to mention to get my vehicle towed would have been $89 for the first 5 miles and $5 each additional mile. That's robbery!! I will be taking my business elsewhere. more

Last minute choice but definitely the right one 9/13/2011

I stopped in because I needed an oil change. I usually go to the dealerhip, but had been out all day running errands and this location was much closer to my house. It was a great last minute decision. The service was great. The conversation with the guys was fun. I bought a 5-oil change package which also includes tire rotations that I plan to have on my SUV. I look forward to future service. Thanks Guys! more
