Driver's Auto Repair - Store #904

I visited your store for the first time since transferring to Texas from Georgia yesterday. It was a terrible experience. I came in for a simple oil change, which I had a coupon for. I asked how long it would take to get an oil change and I was told there was no one in front of me so they could pull my car in immediately, so I said ok. The sales person then tried several times to get me to purchase a coupon for 5 oil changes at a cost of $118.00 I kept telling him I was not interested at this time but he kept on pushing. Once he got the Idea that I was not going to purchase it he said they would get to my car immediately. My wife and I waited over 20 minutes and I watched them pull 3 cars into their bay while my car sat right where I parked it. When I asked why these cars were being serviced before mine, the sales person said we will pull yours in next. When I questioned why those 3 cars where pulled in front of mine, when I was told that there was no one in front of me, I was told that papers must have got shuffled. The car started smoking like burnt oil and is still smoking today.I consider this very poor customer service and shoddy mechanical service. more

Spoke to Ron on the phone and told me wait for the inspection was around 30 to 45 minutes. When I arrived, asked for Ron and assured me I would be out in time to pick up my kids from school. I was in and out in around 30 minutes. AWESOME!!! Satisfied Customer :) more

I think the service was very ridiculous..my inspection didn't pass because of my tint being to low which I have never heard of that before have had my car inspected 3 times before and never had a complaint about that. That was the only thing that failed so I bring my car back after replacing my windshield and have to wait to do the inspection all over again which is stupid and inconvenient to me if that was the only thing that supposedly didn't pass. All of this made it very inconvenient just to get an inspection. I will not be returning to this facility for any services...EVER!! more

I have been here several times. Several of my friends and coworkers also come here for service to their vehicles. We have always been treated well by a competent, friendly staff. Pricing is good and service is of high quality in a clean friendly atmosphere. I recommend it. more

Honest, reasonable pricing, and dependable. As a woman, I hate taking my car to the shop because I don't like to be talked down to or taken advantage of. My dad is a mechanic, so I like to think I know more about vehicle repair than the average woman...mainly because he MADE me learn. These guys never make me feel like I am stupid nor do they do unnecessary work. A super nice bunch of men that know what they are doing. more

I went in for a routine oil change and was asked if I knew the condition of my tires. I was taken outside and shown the steel belts showing through one of my tires. The others were badly worn as well. I went the next day to get new tires just before a rain storm. The staff were very friendly and caring. I recommend this place very highly. more

I arrived for my 8:00 am appointment and was greeted with a hearty "Good Morning". That made by day! The guys there are simply awesome! It took less than 45 minutes and they were bringing my vehicle to me. When it came to paying, there was a list of things that he found or commented on regarding my tires, fluids (transmission), etc. This was a very good reminder for me to take care of some of these items before traveling. THANKS GUYS, YOU ALL ARE OUTSTANDING!!!!! more

My car stranded me in a traffic jam and Driver's arranged for a truck to come pick me up and bring my car to their shop. They had the car fixed and back to me in less than a day. A little expensive but I was impressed by the customer service. more

Customer service was excellent! The man I spoke to made seure he told me ALL the specials I could benefit from based on my reason for being there. I do recommend this place, just have your coupns handy! :) more

This last visit was for an inspection. The person who signed me in was very courteous. I sat in their comfortable waiting room watching a movie I had never seen before. My car was ready in no time. Thanks for the great service. more
