I described the problem to him, and he was a straight shooter presenting me with various options including ones, which wouldn't result in business for Drapinski. I immediately felt like I was speaking to someone who had my best interests in mind. I was able to schedule a prompt appointment for him to come out to my house, where he fixed the problem quickly and in a completely professional manner. Not only is my TV picture looking better than ever, but saved a ton of money with their service instead of ditching the TV and buying a new one. \r
