I have never written a review for a business, but my recent experience is compelling me to do so. I suspect there are others out there, who would appreciate some guidance when confronted with a similar problem, so I am paying it forward.\r

When my 5 year old, rear-projection high definiton TV started having problems with its Red Convergence, I was at a loss of what to do. I am not very competent with electronics and was skeptical that I would be taken for a ride from a company looking to take advantage of someone as ignorant as I. \r

I found Drapinski TV & Audio by researching local, Mitsubishi-certified service companies. Took a chance, gave them a call, and am so glad that I did. I requested to speak to a technican, and was immediately connected with Alan. I described the problem to him, and he was a straight shooter presenting me with various options including ones, which wouldn't result in business for Drapinski. I immediately felt like I was speaking to someone who had my best interests in mind. I was able to schedule a prompt appointment for him to come out to my house, where he fixed the problem quickly and in a completely professional manner. Not only is my TV picture looking better than ever, but saved a ton of money with their service instead of ditching the TV and buying a new one. \r
