Made a call Monday afternoon for an appointment the following morning. Edward came out exactly at the time they had said, cleared our blocked drain and, at my request, checked out the general health of our drain lines under the house. He gave us some honest advice on the overall state of our drains without trying to sell us any unnecessary work. They even called after Edward had left to say "Hey, just double check, we might have forgotten to plug your drier back in after we finished". Very happy with Drain Masters, it's great to find someone dependable and trustworthy. Will certainly use them again. more

Drain Masters is prompt and returns my calls. I use him for a rental property I have, so I think I have only met him fact to face once. He is really willing to work with an owner who is not present at the property. I don't have to go there; he will send me the bill. I think that is nice customer service. It is an older home, and twice a year he goes into the drains and cleans them out. There are a lot of trees and foliage around, so the pipes get backed up. He is really familiar with the place because we have used him for 2 or 3 years. We have also had a couple of tenants that were doing things he thought we might not be happy with, and he called and alerted me. I really appreciated that he looked out for me. He is really helpful and has great customer service. At this point we have built up a relationship. One time our tenants got an estimate from someone else, and when I called Drain Masters, he let me know that it was a city issue. He told me that he wouldn't do the work, and that it should be taken care of for free by the city. He didn't have to tell me that and could have just collected that money. We have worked with Drain Masters for quite a few years now. They are always very responsive. When we call Edward, he calls us right back. When he is done with a job, he will contact the office to let us what happened. So, he keeps us informed. And, when we send him out to one of the properties we manage, he gets out to the job right away. I also know that one of our senior citizen complexes really enjoys Edward's personality. We get a lot of calls from them telling us how nice and friendly he is. They really like him out there. As far as the quality of the work, we have never had any problems.
