Review content:
We have worked with Drain Masters for quite a few years now. They are always very responsive. When we call Edward, he calls us right back. When he is done with a job, he will contact the office to let us what happened. So, he keeps us informed. And, when we send him out to one of the properties we manage, he gets out to the job right away.
I also know that one of our senior citizen complexes really enjoys Edward's personality. We get a lot of calls from them telling us how nice and friendly he is. They really like him out there. As far as the quality of the work, we have never had any problems. Once they finish a job, we have not had to call them back a second time.
