Review content:
Drain Masters is prompt and returns my calls. I use him for a rental property I have, so I think I have only met him fact to face once. He is really willing to work with an owner who is not present at the property. I don't have to go there; he will send me the bill. I think that is nice customer service.
It is an older home, and twice a year he goes into the drains and cleans them out. There are a lot of trees and foliage around, so the pipes get backed up. He is really familiar with the place because we have used him for 2 or 3 years.
We have also had a couple of tenants that were doing things he thought we might not be happy with, and he called and alerted me. I really appreciated that he looked out for me. He is really helpful and has great customer service. At this point we have built up a relationship.
One time our tenants got an estimate from someone else, and when I called Drain Masters, he let me know that it was a city issue. He told me that he wouldn't do the work, and that it should be taken care of for free by the city. He didn't have to tell me that and could have just collected that money. It is just another example of his integrity.
