Kelly Harrison is amazing. She is an R.N. and I have gone to her several times for botox and filler. I could not be more pleased. I strongly recommend her....very skilled and takes the time to make sure that she understand what I am looking for. She is very patient! I have recommended several of my friends to her. I went in to see Kelly for botox and filler. I can't say enough good things about Kelly. She does an excellent job of listening to what I want to achieve. Then she made suggestions indicating how she could sculpt my face in a very subtle way and the results were amazing. I wouldn't feel comfortable going anywhere else! more

After contemplating Breast Augmentation for nearly 5 years I finally decided it was time to take the plunge. I had know 2 other people close to me that had seen Dr. Maggi with nothing but good things to say and they were tremendously satisfied with their own various procedure results. I as well did my own homework and decided that Dr. Maggi and his staff were the only ones I felt 100% comfortable with doing my breast augmentation. Other than childbirth I had not ever been hospitalized or undergone any sort of major surgery so I was very nervous especially about the pain. Dr Maggi and his staff were HIGHLY professional and assured me they would take good care of me. They DEFINTELY kept there promise. The day I came home from surgery I would say on a scale of 1-10 for pain mine was a 1... VERY minimal. I took pain medication for the first 24 hours only. I couldn't believe it. I'm now 5 weeks post-op and LOVE the amazing job Dr. Maggi did with my Breast Augmentation. I would recommend him to anyone. To boot his staff always knows me by name when I walk in the door and are always attentive. In short....I had nose surgery just (5) days ago at the Austin Plastic Surgery Center. And already, I'm extremely happy with the work done. I meet very comfortably, with Dr. Maggi, and his staff members early on. Explaining the issues I had with my nose, he went right to work, explaining to me his expert option on what needed to be accomplished to resolve the issues. And thats exactly the work he completed just (5) days ago! Me being a guy, this was a hard - surgery decision - for me to decide to do in the first place. WOW!!! Austin Plastic Surgery Center is AMAZING. The facility is gorgeous, the staff is genuine, and Dr. Maggi is a true artist. APSC is so easy to get to, and the staff always worked with my schedule. Dr. Maggi is comforting, honest, and most importantly...he actually listened to me. He does not replicate the same breast on every patient, he listens, and then discusses his expertise and suggestions, and then we mutually decided on a plan for my breast augmentation. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing APSC is; the beautiful and private facility, the staff, and above all... Dr Maggi!!! For many years I had been considering undergoing rhinoplasty (nose job) and finally decided to turn wishes into reality. After careful deliberation and intense research into the credentials of all plastic surgeons in the Austin area, I chose Dr. Sergio Pasquale Maggi. I made this decision based on his professional expertise, distinguished surgical record and attentiveness to patients needs balanced with realistic expectations. I am a 30yr old male and yet my mother, a senior state health inspection official, concluded an exhaustive search of his credentials with the Texas Board of Medical Examiners. She informed me of a few patient complications associated with Dr. Maggi's work but those issues were quickly addressed by the staff at the Plastic Surgery Center and Dr. Maggi himself. On May 17, 2011, I underwent the procedure I had dreamt about my whole adult life. The procedure lasted about 3 hours and the post-operative recovery has been almost painless and that is no exaggeration. It has been three days since the operation was performed and currently 90% of the bruising is gone with some residual swelling likely to remain for several more days. I could not be more happy with the results thus far. I was worried that my nose may appear to be unnatural but the exact opposite is true, it fits my facial profile appropriately and the symmetrical balance of my nose is amazing. I would highly reccommend Dr. Maggi and his very professional staff to anyone considering this procedure. After several consults with different surgeons in the Austin area I decided to go with Austin Plastic Surgery Center. From the first time I walked in the doors I was welcomed with open arms by the amazing staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I recently had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Maggi. I can't even express how pleased I am with my results... not mention how pleased my husband is. Dr. Maggi has done several reconstructive surgeries for me. I had previously had lipo done at another clinic and was dissappointed with my results. I looked very lumpy and bumpy. While he was fixing my problem areas, I also had him do a ""mini tummy-tuck"". \r \r I can't possibly tell you how amazing my outcome was. Not only is my appearance much approved, but my attitude on life has completley changed! I followed up with Dr. Maggi quite a few times after my surgery to make sure everything was looking the way it was supposed to. If I had a question or something that I wanted to have looked at they would have me come in at my convenience and if Dr. Maggi was in surgery, his wonderful nurse Kelly would see me. \r \r Everyone was so attentive and sincerely interested in my well being. I had a TUBA (Trans umbilical Breast Augmentation in May of 2006. March 2011 I awoke and looked in the mirror to find my right breast had deflated. I was devastated. I called ""my dr."" (the one who performed the procedure). I was told there was no way to squeeze me in until late the following week. I was scared and my fears increased. Made the apt thinking after I saw ""my dr."" he would remember me and ease all my concerns. I was informed to fix this 3% chance of deflation; the implant was under warranty but the procedure would cost the original amount in 2006 for BOTH! I left the office baffled and distraught. I am still in awe they would let a woman leave their office so emotional. My thoughts were; this is wrong, now what am I suppose to do? I started calling, researching, and contemplated another city b/c of lack of responses.\r A coworker I confided in said CALL DR. MAGGI! At 4:47pm I called his office an angel answered. Veronica asked if I could be there in the morning for a consult. From that moment on I was treated like a princess. My questions were answered. An overall peace of mind was assured that it was going to be okay. Dr. Maggi exact words were ""There are plenty of things in life to stress out about and this is not one of them."" Dr. Maggi cared, he comforted my MANY concerns, addressed every issue in depth I had. AND to top it off he didn't charge me a penny. That's integrity for one dr. to fix another dr.'s work that was quoted at $5000.00. From the moment I stepped into Dr. Maggi office I felt like a person, a woman, a friend. \r I shopped; I researched Austin area Plastic Surgeons hell even right across the street from his office they wanted to charge me $3700.00. and said horrible things about Dr. Maggi over the phone, to me! PS is cut throat. \r \r This practice and ENTIRE staff are dedicated to their expertise. It shows, you feel it from the first consult.\r Dr. Maggi is a true man of character. more

I have not seen Dr. Maggi myself, I was contemplating using his services when my research uncovered two disiplinary actions against him from the Texas Medical Board. Please do a search on their site to find the details. I have never met the man and have no agenda, but I will say that it did make me cancel my appointment.\r \r ***UPDATE***\r I spoke with Dr. Maggi on the telephone today and he gave me his side of the story (as it pertains to the above mentioned events). I agreed that everyone deserves a second chance, and decided to put my money where my mouth is: I will be going in to see him for a consultation and if I'm an appropriate candidate for the procedure I'm seeking, will have him perform the surgery. I will keep you all up-to-date on how this goes!\r \r ***UPDATE***\r I found Dr. Maggi's staff to be wonderful (loved Veronica!) I was given a tour (very nice surgical center), and they answered all of my questions. I find them reasonably priced and professional. With all of that said, I have decided to have my procedure done with another Dr. who's methods are more in line with my wishes. more

In May of last year I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Maggi. I can’t even begin to tell you about the wonderful experience I had with Dr. Maggi and his staff. After researching for months I went in for a consultation. After the first consultation I knew this is exactly where I wanted to have my surgery done. Wonderful, Comforting, Patient, Great! After getting 4 other opinions for Breast Augmentation in Austin Texas I ';m so glad I came and had Dr. Maggie do my Breast Augmentation. I was so nervous before hand, but the morning of my surgery all of his staff and Dr. Maggie made me feel so comfortable, and so assuring I was in very excellent hands. They answered all of my questions and without a doubt. I came out with minimal pain and didn't even take any pain meds at all. That was very unusual for me! Just swollen and sore. I recently had my Breast Augmentation Surgery done in july, by none other than Dr. Maggi.\r Dr. Maggi and his staff at Austin Plastic Surgery Center are friendly, professional and caring.\r I've done my research and met with other Doctors but never felt the comfort and connection as I have with Dr. Maggi.\r I chose Dr. Maggi because he made me feel comfortable and presented me with lots of information and choices.\r This was my first surgery ever and the surgery went great I also woke up with no pain! (yes, its possible) The healing process was faster and easier then I could've ever imagined. This was the best and easiest surgery I could've hoped for.\r I am now 5 months PO and I feel and look AMAZING!! I am so very happy with my results.
