Very Friendly & Professional 11/11/2011

From the very beginning, EVERYONE was very friendly and very professional. This was the first time that I had to go to an orthodontist. It was for my little boy. He was only 8 and I wasn't sure if this is what he needed. He was having difficulty with certain aspects of his speech. From the first visit they made us feel very comfortable, he was never nervous. Dr. Johnson was able to correct his bite and adjust his mouth to allow for the rest of his teeth to come in. Hopefully this will be enough and he won't have to wear braces when he gets older and the remainder of his teeth come in. There were other Orthodontists in my town, but Dr. Johnson and her staff were well worth the extra distance. Thank You! more

Extremely friendly & very professional 10/24/2011

I had my brace work done at Dr. Johnson's office and all I want to say is ""Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!"" I'm so happy with the result and Dr. Johnson and all the staff in the office did excellent work. They've been so friendly and I was treated with extreme care & respect in the office each time. Dr. Johnson and her staff are very professional. I highly recommended their service to everyone! They're superb and A+!! more

The service provided is flawless from beginning to end. Always warmly greeted at check in, never have to wait. Clean, modern facility. When preparing (brushing, etc.), I'm met w/smiles & welcoming words. They begin with an explanation of what's to be done and that process continues as they work, all the while making sure you're doing okay! Dr.J is professional, personable, responsive and encouraging (as is everyone there)and she sets a great example. They wrap up by asking if I need anything or have questions. Check out & setting next appt. is always quick and pleasant. I leave relaxed and very pleased with my experience there! more

Excellent experience for an adult needing alot of dental work! 8/29/2011

I rate Dr. Pamela Johnson's office and her staff as extraordinary! From the point of walking in, to be consulted with and then having the actual work done, all was wonderful. I am an adult that needed alot of work! I was hesitant about getting it done and all my fears were removed. The key reason is Dr. Johnson, who went out of her way to explain the choices and help me better understand my situation. I had lots of questions and she took the time and was very empathetic. Her caring, knowledgable approach made me see that this office was the place to get the work done. Her staff complements her approach. I have a long road ahead but I am confident that Dr. Johnson and her team will watch out for me and take great care. more

On time appointments, super clean office, awesome staff. I've referred a few patients. When I asked for an orthodontcia referral I asked our dentist where he took his kids, figured if the orthodontist is good enough for his family It would be the best choice for mine. more

  • Pamela Johnson, DDS, M.S., and her staff in Willowbrook, IL, were honored with the iPractice Award in 2007. Dr. Johnson is a mom herself with three active teenage children of her own. She and her staff understand the importance of what quality care means to you as a parent or a patient.     Dr. Pamela Johnson has been in private practice since 1991. Dr. Johnson is board certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. She is also a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, the Illinois Society of Orthodontics, and the Midwest Society of Orthodontics Dr. Johnson specializes in orthodontics for both children and adults. Her patients range in age from seven to 76! Her cases involve simple expanders on young children to braces on teenagers to complex adult cases. Dr. Johnson also has experience treating special needs patients.

    Your first appointment in our office offers a complimentary clinical exam to determine your orthodontic needs. Dr. Johnson will examine the alignment of your teeth and jaws, as well as evaluate your facial balance. She will discuss any orthodontic needs and different treatment options with you. Our new patient coordinator will present treatment fees and formulate a customized payment plan for you that will fit into your budget. All insurance or flex spending questions will be answered at this time.

    If treatment is indicated, the next step is to complete orthodontic diagnostic records. These records help Dr. Johnson develop an individualized treatment plan to meet the needs of each patient. They are also helpful in tracking the progress of treatment as the teeth move under Dr. Johnson's care.
