The service provided is flawless from beginning to end. Always warmly greeted at check in, never have to wait. Clean, modern facility. When preparing (brushing, etc.), I'm met w/smiles & welcoming words. They begin with an explanation of what's to be done and that process continues as they work, all the while making sure you're doing okay! Dr.J is professional, personable, responsive and encouraging (as is everyone there)and she sets a great example. They wrap up by asking if I need anything or have questions. Check out & setting next appt. is always quick and pleasant. I leave relaxed and very pleased with my experience there!
