This is our 11th year seeing Dr. Lorio for our dental needs. We moved 6 years ago, and still remain faithful patients even with an hour drive! Dr. Lorio and his staff are worth it!

Worst

I made an appt. with Colleen and did not get her as my hygienist. That is unacceptable. I would have appreciated a call to that affect.

Consider a Senior Discount 8/9/2011

I'm aways treated with dignity & professionalism by the staff. I feel confident in the care that I receive. However, I am disappointed that more of a discount isn't given to seniors without dental insurance. There is always a question about when I can best afford the service suggested. Most times I elect only what has to be done. The fees are much less in Sun City, Arizona (a senior community). more

Great experince - just need to clean chairs between patients 7/22/2011

Wonderful very sweet staff and very thorough cleaning. The ONLY issue I have - which I only decided to mention because it has happened for 2 visits is that the chair has not been clean. The first time it had what appeared to be a green dried cement - perhaps chipped off from a bite mold - which I wiped off before I sat down and the hygienist apologized. The last time the chair had several long black hairs on it which I once again wiped off before I sat down. My daughter's orthodontist wipes down the entire chair with a disinfectant wipe between each patient and I can see why that would be important for hygiene as well as things like this patients don't want to sit on. I would like this to see this become a regular practice at this office as well. more

I was always nervous and dreaded having to go and see the dentist when I was younger but not anymore. Dr. Lorio and his staff are always helpful and accomodating to my needs. They do a great job communicating and talking me through procedures and making me feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Lorio and his staff at Town Center Dental!!!Thanks to all the staff that make my visit to the dentist an enjoyable one... more

Tooth that was fillede 6/22/2011

For some reason when I ate today food wasn't catching upin that tooth. Didn't have to work at getting meat out, not sure where it was hanging up, but can eat and not have meat get caught in that tooth. Thank you. My son may start back there. He works in Woodburn now. more
