This is our 11th year seeing Dr. Lorio for our dental needs. We moved 6 years ago, and still remain faithful patients even with an hour drive! Dr. Lorio and his staff are worth it!

Worst

I made an appt. with Colleen and did not get her as my hygienist. That is unacceptable. I would have appreciated a call to that affect.

I would highly recommend Dr Lario be your new Dentist. He is highly professional, experienced and seems to have up to date equipment. He and his staff, Cindy and Tricia, do there best to make your Dentist visit pleasant and efficient. more

I never wait for my app0ointment. You are ready for me when I walk in. When I walk in I am greeted by Cindy, who is always personable. Colleen is very good at her job ( and takes pride in it. Dr. Lorio is a dentist I can trust. (along with the rest of the staff) more

What I would like to see is after I've booked an appt, that appt. would be sent to me via this email. because usually I've left the card at home or car and need to get it on my calendar at work. more

It's pretty amazing to find a medical or dental office that understands the importance of treating you like an intelligent human whose time and input into your own care are valuable, but this one does! They apologized for being late! They consulted with me and talked about our plan. They gave me choices for my care! And, the hygienist truly was the best one I've ever had. No, I had no ties to these guys before walking in the door. See for yourself! more

And I've been to a LOT of dental offices over the years....in 4 countries, 2 states, 2 continents. Braces. Pulled teeth. Oral surgery. Never once has any dentist been as thorough or personable as Dr. Lorio. The staff was delightful and the experience was perfectly positive. I left knowing that I have found my dentist for life. more

Appts at Town Center Dental are always a positive experience. Staff and Dr. Lorio are consistently friendly, efficient, and wonderful. Office is beautiful and always clean. And I always receive a flower to take home afterwards. more
