Wonderful very sweet staff and very thorough cleaning. The ONLY issue I have - which I only decided to mention because it has happened for 2 visits is that the chair has not been clean. The first time it had what appeared to be a green dried cement - perhaps chipped off from a bite mold - which I wiped off before I sat down and the hygienist apologized. The last time the chair had several long black hairs on it which I once again wiped off before I sat down. My daughter's orthodontist wipes down the entire chair with a disinfectant wipe between each patient and I can see why that would be important for hygiene as well as things like this patients don't want to sit on. I would like this to see this become a regular practice at this office as well.
