Conscientious service 3/19/2012

Dropped my 1997 Toyota Camry Solara off for a rattle in the front end of the car. Diagnosed as a loose mount. Thought I'd have a lot more repairs. they did an alignment and wheel rotation, and car then pulled to the right. Service Rep. Chris Olivia was determined to make me happy and find out what was wrong. Excellent, personable, and professional! 8/5/2011

Thom was my service agent and he did an excellent, personable, and professional job. They had not had anyone come in with my problem, so it was a learning experience for both of us. There was an initial diagnostic test that turned up only an "internal" problem. more

Reasonable and compassionate 8/3/2011

They could have been the typical stereotype of a car dealer and charged me full price for everything, knowing I was over the barrel. Instead, he was a reasonable and compassionate professional exercising judgment that not only reflected well on him, but on Downtown Toyota, and on Toyota Corporation, which has promised to recommit itself to quality. more
