They could have been the typical stereotype of a car dealer and charged me full price for everything, knowing I was over the barrel. Instead, he was a reasonable and compassionate professional exercising judgment that not only reflected well on him, but on Downtown Toyota, and on Toyota Corporation, which has promised to recommit itself to quality.
