Service was just average, to make long story short, quite a bit of attitude on the guy who came back to clean up mess. Also, was asking for a senior citizen discount, but instead...

Doug Turner IS my plumber 10/9/2012

I have used Doug Turner Plumbing for many years for both maintenance (shower drain clog)and emergency repair (hot water heater in the attic flooded the house). All the plumbers in this organization are honest, trustworthy and professional. I have absolutely no issue with having them in my house when I am there or away. They offer a number of customer loyalty programs and coupons that you can use or share with friends and family. more

Stopped the leak, repaired it the next day, very professional 6/4/2012

Came at night and stopped the leak coming from the irrigation system, returned the next day and repaired the problem. It was expensive but they tried to fix everything at the lowest cost possible, very efficient and professional. more

Piping Leak In Bedroom Closet 5/30/2012

We woke up to find there was a pipe leaking into one of the bedroom closets. Everything was soaking wet in the closet. I called Doug Turner plumbing immediately. They sent someone out later that morning to replace the pipe that had galvanized in the attic. Pricing and service from them was excellent. I will definitely be calling them for future work. more

Excellent work by a real expert but very expensive because it was on a long weekend. 5/30/2012

We called Doug Turner Plumbing over the Memorial Day weekend. We had a plumbing emergency with a leak that we needed to take care of immediately because we were leaving the city the next day. Mr. Turner himself fixed the leak and did an excellent job. He got the work done in about 45 minutes and charged $300.00 an hour. We understood that it was a special time. I'm sure that because of the holiday weekend the rate was higher than normal. more

Did not know it was $150. an hr. till the guy got to our house. 3/1/2012

Tough situation, did not realize it was $150 an hr till he got here, may have called someone else. In the end I thought they did a good job but the first guy seemed like he wasn't sure which way to approach our problem, which meant a lot of money to us.Maybe if we had someone with more experience they would have got the job done quicker. more

Installed a new water heater 2/26/2012

My wife and I awoke one morning to find our water heater leaking and not working. I called Doug Turner Plumbing and their technician Mitch Hamilton had us up and running that day. Fantastic service and a high quality installation. I would recommend them to anyone knowing that the job would be done right. more
