Service was just average, to make long story short, quite a bit of attitude on the guy who came back to clean up mess. Also, was asking for a senior citizen discount, but instead was offered a discount only if I sign up with their multi value plan. In effect, no discount if you choose not to. Because of the critical urgency to have our water restored, I didn't bother to get another company's quote and Doug Turner Company sure took advantage of that opportunity.
