I had confirmed a double suite with a sofa bed to accomodate 6 adults. Upon arrival, they stated that my room was not ready (which was fine) when we did finally check it, the rep told me he ""gave my room away"". When we visited our room it was 2 double beds..no sofa (although my confirmation clearly states double and sofa)The staff treated me as though as I was wrong and said that although my confirmation stated sofa bed, it was put in as a request---- when IT CLEARLY said confirmed! They were very rude...from the bellman to the front desk, especially the night manager...Richard Ruiz is his name. They did nothing to accomodate their mistake and when I asked for blankets to make apallet on the floor...they gave me 1 sheet, 1 blanket? Is that enough to make a pallot for 2 grown adults? To top it off, we left because of our treatment, and they refuse to give our money back. We paid 250 plus for a room we didn't even use. Horrible, horrible place to stay!
