I went to Dr Dormer to remove some age spots on my face.\r \r She suggested a chemical peal and then a 28 day regimen of her products. I ask her how much it would cost. She said $1000. Being a conscientious consumer I asked ""What does that include""? Dr Dormer said ""That includes EVERYTHING"". (verbatum)\r \r After I got home I noticed I was given only enough moisturizer to last only one week. They said when I run out I can ""purchase additional moisturizer for $52""!\r \r They scheduled me for a facial. Certainly I was under the impression that the facial that they told me I need to get was included. I was wrong. They charged me $150!\r \r I asked Dr Dormer if she understood the meaning of the word EVERYTHING.\r \r Dr. Dormer is a deceitful and sly personality w/ no integrity or scruples.\r \r Pros: Non\r \r Cons: She does not tell the truth more

I cannot believe my dark spots are gone. I had given up hope of getting rid of what Dr. Dormer calls hyperpigmentation. It was dark discoloration around my eyes and on my cheeks. She did a special treatment on me and the dark spots went away! more

I have always been self-conscious about my sunken cheek bones. Dr. Dormer did a marvelous job sculpting my face and giving me natural looking volume in my cheeks using fillers. I am so happy. more

It was difficult getting an appointment with Dr. Dormer. Fortunately she has a late night once a week. It was worth the wait. She straightened out my crooked smile with Botox. more

Gretchen and Dr. Dormer are a powerful team. They created a regiment for me that resulted in glowing, bright acne free skin for the first time in my adult life. I felt so comfortable in my new skin that I will go without makeup. The spa itself is lovely, and the facials are fantastic as well. more

Dr. Dormer truly takes an artistic approach to her work. She knows all the latest techniques and products and keeps current on all the developments in the field. I have been just amazed at the results she has achieved with me, as well as my girlfriend who recommended the Med Spa to me. more

Dormer is absolutely the best cosmetics spa ever! 2/27/2012

I have been going to Dormer Med Spa for a few years now, and I can recommend her without reservation. I can be pretty demanding and have high expectations, but she has met my expectations and more every time. She is a highly professional and conscientious clinician: she listens to my concerns, makes great recommendations and never pushes unneeded services. In fact, she is actually very conservative in her approach. I have had to almost insist that she do a bit more when she was concerned about over-doing it! more

I am so grateful for Dr. Dormer and everyone at the med spa. You all have given me more than I could have ever asked for. Who would have thought a little botox would have such a huge impact on me? After I decided to go through with the botox for the first time, I also signed up for a personal trainer. With a 30 pound loss and my youthful looking face, I feel better than ever! more

After I saw the amazing effects my friend was having from going to Dr. Dormer, I decided it was my turn. She had been going to Dormer Medical Spa for facials and skin care products. You all really taught me how to take care of my skin and put me on a treatment plan of facials and products. I am so glad I followed the advice I was given. The products are fantastic. I recently had my 3rd facial and even I am surprised at how good my skin looks. more

I am so happy with the results 11/28/2011

I had become self-conscious of the unattractive veins showing on my legs. After treatments Dr. Dormer was able to get rid of them. I am so happy with the results. I want her to start on my upper legs now. more
