Worst

We recently went here to purchase TWO NEW four wheelers. They would not deal with us much at all. You'd think if your buying two new ATV's they'd work with you on price a little...

I had issue with my Yamaha Motorcycle having a recall issue item. I contacted the dealer that Yamaha recommended and upon calling them was told they would not work on my bike because I did not purchase it there. I contacted Don and Roy's Motorsports and asked if they were working on Yamaha recalls. They were at my house within a half hour to pick my bike up as i was having an additional issue with it. They fixed it quickly and kept me informed of status of bike. I will continue to bring my motorcycle to them for service. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Pros: null Cons: null more

Outstanding service 5/6/2011

I'm a new motorcycle owner - never ridden before. I purchased a used Goldwing trike from ebay. It was shipped to Milwaukee in a crate. Don & Roy's offered to have it rerouted to there facility, where it was uncrated and inspected. They suggested several maintenance items, carefully explaining each and why it should be done. They then rode/drove the trike to my residence, at which time they spent over an hour explaining operation of the trike. more

Don and Roy's is back!!!!!! 3/30/2011

Just like any successful business it starts from the top on down,and surrounding yourself with the right people, and the right talent. Starting at the top from the GM Bob, to head of service Mike, to head of parts Adam. Everyone of these guys kept their word and delivered!!!! From taking care of an issue with Yamaha regarding my Royal Star Venture, which Mike handled, to making sure my new tires would be covered if any of my concerns that I read about showed up. Adam contacted the manufacturer for me explaining my concerns called and emailed me what Don and Roy's would do for me if the problem showed up. I believe Don and Roy's is surrounding themselves with the right people and the right attitude!!!! Keep it up. more

Good price, knowledgeable staff 3/4/2011

I bought a 2009 Kawasaki Ninja 650 from there. I wanted them to find a nice sounding muffler for the bike and they found EXACTLY the sound I was looking for. Deep & mellow, they went so far as to let me watch videos of different mufflers on youtube. Bike was ready on time and perfectly clean. Financing was all ready for me and they got me a great rate. (thanks Grant) I have been back for a helmet and jacket and they gave me a discount on both because I bought my bike there. I heard they were more expensive than other dealers, but I shopped around online for this bike for weeks and they were the same price as I had found in a few other places, but they just seemed a better shop you know ? more

DO NOT RECOMMEND :( 2/18/2011

If you don't want to just throw your money away don't go here!!! They say one thing and do another then when you go back to confront them. It just happens to be the employee who said that the $1500 worth of work would take care of the problem and it doesn't then the employee quit and the managment/owner don't cover what there employees do. We took this all the way to the Yamaha headquarters and when we called and told them the city and state where we lived the gentlemen said let me guess Don & Roys! Even yamaha headquarters has tons of complaints against these guys. more

would not recommend 7/15/2010

I brought my bike it with two problems. Tire rot and an engine problem. 1 month went by before I got it back. I could never get through to them by the phone I would have to go into the the store. After 1 month they forgot to replace the tire (which is dangerous to ride on I don't know how they didn't see that) and they did $600 worth of work that never fixed the engine problem. I brought it back after two they said they would take another look. After two weeks I came into the store, still can't reach them by phone, and they hadn't even looked at it. I'm taking it elsewhere. Pros: none Cons: slow, careless more
